Horrible service. They kept my car for days, making it a low priority and«Mike» who handles claims is so obnoxious. Stay far away from this place!

I had a really bad experience. I got my car fixed there after a hit and run, and after leaving the shop I noticed they hadn’t replaced my hubcap which was broken. After about 6 months of harassing them, I have given up, because they obviously don’t care about their customers. Also, the tire that was hit in the hit and run loses air now. So thanks for bad customer service, and bad work.

I was rear ended on the 4th of July and was referred here by my car insurance company USAA. Pretty bad accident, there was damage to the frame and the trunk would not close. Accident happened on a Saturday during holiday weekend. I called and got an appointment to come in for an estimate first thing Monday morning. When I got in I was greeted immediately by someone at the front desk. After a few minutes my rep Tony came out. They gave me my quote and got my car in that morning. They said it would be finished on July 22nd. I worked with Tony who was very courteous and professional though the process. He explained everything to me though out the duration. There is an Enterprise counter located at the shop if you need. I prefer Hertz and there is a location close enough to get picked up and dropped off there. They sent me daily e mail updates and Tony also called me every day with updates. It was nice that they completed my car on the 17th five days early. When I came to pick it up they had it ready. It was cleaned inside and freshly washed. My car was repaired to my complete satisfaction. Tony took me out an explained what was done and allowed me to check it over. They warranty their repairs and he said if I noticed anything wasn’t up to par to give him a call. I definitely had a great experience. Hopefully I will not need their services anytime soon but if I do they are first on my list. There is nothing I can find wrong with the place. Normally I don’t give out 5 stars but they are deserving. I have been in a few accidents in my day and have had hassles of trying to get appointments, estimates, and it taking forever to get my car back but none of that here.

I had set up an appointment at TriState through Geico and gave the collision center a phone call a few days before my appointment to ask some questions. I was polite to the employee who picked up the phone but he immediately came off curt and rude. I wanted to ask him some simple questions but he kept repeating that he didn’t want to answer. Based on the call alone, I cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it with Gerber Collision in Jessup instead. Their customer service was much better and the whole process with them was efficient. I’m giving TriState two stars instead of one because I don’t want to judge the entire body shop based on one rude employee.

I am getting my car repaired there RIGHTNOW through my Geico Insurance, and I must say; I have NEVER received such impeccable, efficient, QUICK, and nice service from a auto repair place ever! The Geico claims representative there, David Udan, and the rest of the staff(Kisha Fleming, Lauren from Enterprise) were such a huge help. They called me and left me emails updating me on the status of my car, they took care of EVERYTHING. I never felt so pampered! And by a insurance company and a auto repair shop! I cannot give this location enough praise. THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!! ***UPDATE Picked up my car this afternoon and it was beautiful! I walked in, they let me inspect my vehicle, I dropped off the rental keys, and off I went! LOVEIT!!!
