Poor customer service. I have called and called my assigned financial representative Jamie after my favorite guy left(Ken from Cornerstone Financial I highly recommend). There have been no return phone calls and the receptionist Shannon does not seem very concerned. I have been trying to obtain some of my money for three business days now without and return phone calls. Luckily I found the customer service hotline and have been in hold for 28 minutes. This does not give me confidence in the people and institution I have entrusted my money to. God forbid I actually needed some for an emergency. I will be withdrawing all of my money as soon they pick up the phone and cut the elevator music.
