The employees have the customer service ability of the characters from The Hills Have Eyes. Not a single one of the 4 «sales associates» I asked offered to help me find what I was looking for (an axe/​hatchet/​something to split wood). The only help I was offered were common sense suggestions (check sporting goods). Each spot I searched was a filthy disaster of misplaced items. Good customer service would including taking the customer to item, not merely pointing or suggesting. I’d rather pay more to not be treated like an inconvenience.

I can’t believe I’m rating a Walmart 5 stars. I usually cannot stand the disorganization, cheap quality, poor customer service, and long lines. However, at this Walmart the employees were extra friendly and helpful, it was pretty well clean/​organized, and lines weren’t awful. Refreshing.

Walmart has extremely low prices, however Walmart wouldn’t be my first choice store to buy groceries. Walmart is very unsanitary. Walmart has lousy service. Walmart’s checkouts aren’t the best.

Closest Walmart to USC… Also the worst. Shelves are always messy and no one ever wants to help you. Self checkouts always malfunction and check out takes forever. Also I was told that they don’t take returns after 9 PM? Never heard that before…

Worst Walmart I’ve EVER been in in my life! I thought I walked into a 3rd world country. The shelves were ½ bare and what was left was just thrown all over the place, knocked over and in the wrong place. The line was unbelievably slow. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waiting about 20 min. to check out. When I finally got up to the check out, I looked at the line behind me and everyone was gone. If I hadn’t had a time constraint, I would have left my cart there and went shopping elsewhere. I will NEVER go back there again.

The parking lot is poorly designed. It’s always difficult getting in and out of this location. Wal-​Mart sucks in general, but this one takes the suckiness cake. I tried to buy some ammo for my gun, and they were fresh out of everything. That’s probably Obama’s fault though. In conclusion, Walmart on Forest Dr.: 1 star. Barack Obama: 1 star.

I dont have any bad reviews. I needed something very quickly, and I ran in side the store and the employees pointed me exactly where I needed to go. Got what I needed and expected a long check out line — there was in fact nobody there. Perfect! In an out of a Wal Mart in 5 minutes — pretty good for me! 3 stars

I am from Walmart country and generally love wm. I have been to this location twice and both times, the checkout lines were very long. Friday night was like someone released inmates into wm. People were so rude and would not MOVE out of the way. I had one drunk move backward into me. Ugh, I have never seen anything like it! This is not really a reflection of the store — more of the patrons at this location.
