We pay our bill — in full — on time — every time. You’d think we could get the service we paid for?! 3 out of the 4 scheduled pick ups have been missed. When we call in, they say the driver reports the garbage wasn’t left out — BS! We put it out the night before! I’ve spent nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved thus far.
We are looking else where — I suggest you do the same.
(This is a review on services we are suppose to receive at our home in Maryland.)
