Ray Covington delayed the closing on my house for over 2 months due to non-​responsiveness and complacency as the selling agent. When I finally closed, he made him meet me in some parking lot to get the key to my house and told me he was sorry it took so long — he «had closings on million dollar homes that were more important to him». This was over four years ago and I still think he’s one of the most pompous pricks in Columbia and should be avoided at all costs.
