So it was a quiet Saturday at around 7:34 when we arrived. The workers did not have any southern hospitality. The lady behind the counter should learn how to project her voice, by the end i didnt know what the things had in them. We went a week after the flood and they had no drinks besides water. They also had like 2 options for food. I think that they should close if they can’t really stay open. Otherwise the food was okay but it was kinda a inconvenience and im pretty sure they cheated us a few tenders.

I wonder if you get fired here if you say salad instead of Zalad? I love their fried mushrooms, but they really shouldn’t call them spicy, they have absolutely no spice! Chicken and Zaxby’s sauce is really good as well. Their Zalads are good but don’t get them thinking you’re being healthy because they’re loaded with calories almost as much as their other menu items. It’s a good place to get some tasty chicken.

I feel dumb writing a review for a fast food place but here goes. I have eaten at this particular location twice. The first time, my sandwich buns were way over buttered and burned. As a result, the sandwich had a bitter taste. The second time, there were pieces of black plastic stuck in the breading on the chicken. They were extremely hard and I bit down very forcefully not knowing it was there and almost cracked my tooth. Since it was inside the breading, I couldn’t see more of them and ended up biting plastic a few more times. I’m not sure how it ended up in there. Perhaps somebody stirred the breading and seasoning mix with a plastic fork and it broke off. In any event, I think I will be staying away from this location if I am craving some Zaxbys.

I went through the drive thru and got the chicken finger plate. The meal was missing its Texas toast and Zax sauce. The fries were ice cold and there were only two pieces of chicken. The only good thing was the coke slaw. Not recommend go down the road to Bojangles.

Stopped for dinner and typically all the restaurants are the Sam and have the same quality, but for some reason this time the chicken tenders where too greasy and not fresh like they had been pre-cooked long before I ordered. Will not go back to this unit. The girl taking my order was also too concerned with one of the customers and if he was paying attention to her to get my order right. Staff you need to pay attention when working the counter.

I pretty much get the same thing here every time, the Wings ‘N Things meal. Every so often I’ll get a Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich. That’s one of the high points about the menu, after you find the one thing you like at Zaxby’s you pretty much crave the exact same thing every time.
For a fast food restaurant this place is decent and the food isn’t over filling like most of the burger places. Not to hate on the burger places, I’ve got mad love and respect all the way. Burger places PROUDLY REPRESENT! But if you find yourself craving some chicken but don’t want all of the extra grease from Popeye’s, then this is your place.
Minus one star for the length of time it takes to get your meal. I have yet to time them, but to me for a fast food joint they seem a little slow on getting your food out to you. And since I only have thirty minutes for a lunch break and there’s hardly anything nearby those precious minutes count. I got business to do!

Love!!!
They don’t sell much at Zaxby’s, but I do love and crave what I get. Whenever I pass by one I get myself an order of the homemade potato chips cooked limp/soft and an order of the chicken tenders with a side of the tongue-torch sauce. I have tried getting the tenders tossed in the sauce, but the flavor changes drastically when that occurs and the breading on the strips begins to fall off. I find that I prefer dipping my fresh, hot strips in the tongue-torch and savoring the crispy texture along with the wonderful flavor of the not-so-hot sauce and then dipping a chip in some blue cheese dressing.
Perfection.

Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. Did I say yuck?!
Everything is drowned in Lowry salt — the fries, the onion rings, the everytyhing!
The salad was ok but unless you hope to die and go to Lowry salt heaven, this is not a place I would suggest.
YUCK!!!
I thinnk my sodium intake for the day exploded! =[

I’m not sure if this is the exact location I’ve been to but this place is, dare I say it, better than KFC OR POPEYES! Well, okay, maybe not better~~ but I really wish we had one in DC or NY. I love love love love love love their chicken sandwiches and they have HOT WINGS!!! With a decent amount of celery (…not like 2 dying pieces like Atomic Wings charges almost 3 dollars for.) I think their insane sauce… is puh-ritty~~~ insane. I love their service as well. Albeit, they knew the person we were with… which seemed like the case everywhere we went, but hands-down, one of the most deelish fast food joints. :D HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY ME!

Best chicken fingers you could expect from a fast food place. The Zax sauce tops it all off. With delicious fries, Texas toast, and great sweet tea, what more could you ask for from fast food?

Ordered the Chicken Fingers platter — deliciously wonderful! OMG, their toast and cole slaw were good too… the toast was buttery, garlicy, fluffy, and a little crunch at the same time (I’m getting hungry). Chicken fingers were awesome and my sweet tea was comforting. I love how the ice in my sweet tea has the crumbled-crushed, texture… delicious southern twist. I’m from DC; they need to build a Zaxby’s up here!!!

Zaxby’s packs a powerful punch to your taste buds. This is a newer facility, sparkling clean, and loaded with delicious food. It’s pricier than normal fast food places, but so delicious, you won’t even care. I love the Wings & Things platter, which comes with wings, chicken fingers, fries, celery, and toast. It’s a great mix of food and enough to fill any stomach.
