Sill going strong, I have been using Maids in a Minute for months now and I love how I can just go online and add any additional services or pause and restart when I go on Vacation. I mean they get 95% of everything every time and In my book that about all you should expect. Im sure some may not feel that way but this is hard work. I don’t want to do it. The girls are cheerful and positive and my house is clean so Im a happy camper.

Have you ever depended on anyone to do a job? Have you ever thought that the simplest of tasks could be entrusted to a company? Have you ever had your dreams absolutely squashed? Congratulations! You succeeded on question 3! Is this company even real? Seriously… do you even ACTUALLYEXIST? I have never been treated like a piece of shit like this in my life as I was treated by you people. I make an appointment with you to clean a freshly bought house on Wednesday. The scheduling process was incredibly pleasant and you made me feel secure, and confident that this critical and important job would be done. How did you do? Wednesday: Excuse after excuse why you were late and eventually cancelled the job. Thursday: Scheduled for 10am. Showed at 11am. Website states 4 – 4.5 hour job. Left in less than 2 hours. That’s right. I have eyes across the street! Is anything clean?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO What kind of sick joke is this? My mother inspected the job and immediately called to question it. Little miss LIAR says I wouldn’t pay for«extra services» and would need a shop vac to clean the floors from drywall dust from painting. In our only 1 min and 25 sec conversation(multiple conversations were claimed. Outright LIE!) I said not to worry about it and just go on to other parts of the house. Shockingly, the only thing that looks remotely clean from the beginning of the job is the damned floors. The rest of the home looks virtually untouched! Appliances wiped down on the outside? NO! Bathrooms clean? NO! Anything clean? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Then my mother requests a call to let her know when they were leaving so she could secure the house and did you do that? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! You left my home wide open and it will take great restraint for me not to sue your asses. We just bought the home. It’s our first home We just wanted to pay someone to clean it before we moved in tomorrow. You have turned the happiest moment of our lives into a nightmare because my home isn’t clean worth a plugged nickel and I am moving in tomorrow! Before god, I swear that every medium through which I can spread the word about you horrible and disgusting people will be utilized. Signed. A Champion for Truth

Where do I even begin with this one? I also wish I could give these people negative stars! I scheduled my appointment online well over a month in advance of when we needed cleaning. We had our wedding at our home and wanted one less thing to worry about. We intentionally scheduled it for right before all of our company arrived to our home the day before the wedding and even checked the option«time not flexible» so that they would stick to the time requested. I later confirmed with someone via email and were told we were all set. The day of the cleaning came, and no one showed up. I never received a phone call. Instead, I called them and was told that the«Crew» was running late on their first job. I was a bit perturbed by this as we were the first scheduled job of the day — it didn’t seem to add up. I was told they would only be another hour or so. We waited 2 hours with no contact. When I called back, the«owner» answered the phone«hello»(is this really even a business?) and I was met with extreme rudeness. She told me that they would be there by 2PM, maybe. Our job was scheduled for 9AM that morning! I asked her to guarantee me that time and she refused. She yelled at me, belittled me and when I told her that I did not appreciate her attitude, she accused me of calling her names. Seriously. She downright refused to guarantee me a time even though they missed our appointment, blew us off and provided extremely poor customer service. She then basically told me she couldn’t help me and gave me the number to some lady, who is not licensed and who does not even own a cleaning business, to come into my home and clean it — maybe. It was like the twilight zone. When I told her I was going to report her, she told me to go ahead because I hadn’t paid for anything yet and they didn’t care. So, they never showed up. Never offered to show up or make it right and treated me, the customer, with extreme rudeness. We didn’t get a cleaning crew that day at all so my husband, myself and my in-laws spent hours cleaning it ourselves instead of decorating — which in turn made my wedding day a disaster. This place is the absolute WORST! I’m not sure they are even a legitimate company but they certainly do not act like one. Steer clear of this place — find someone else. And as an update: I had someone from the company send me a Facebook message asking me to delete my 1 star Facebook review. He lied and said he was from Florida and was going to buy it but if I didn’t remove my review, he couldn’t buy it. Umm, really dude? A 5 year old could see through that. Worst company ever.

I wish there was an option to give negative stars! This lady is a trip. First off, she’s rude. Second, she apparently has an issue with time management. I scheduled my first appointment with her for 9:30 on a Friday. At 10:30 she still wasn’t there, and when she finally called she said she was on her way. An hour later, still not there, she called again and said she was stuck in Lapeer traffic.(Which doesn’t exist and still shouldn’t take two hours.) When she did finally show up, she did a half assed job. Didn’t vacuum the couch(I have dogs and specifically mentioned it), completely skipped the master bath and mopped about a two foot section in my kitchen. When I initially called, I had asked about regular cleanings but didn’t schedule them with her before she left the house. When we had discussed by phone, I mentioned that Fridays at 9:30 were the day I would potentially want. Two Mondays later at 11:00a she calls and says she’s on her way.(We never confirmed her coming back and Fridays were the day I had initially mentioned! What the!?) Then, when I told her we hadn’t confirmed for her to keep coming because I didn’t feel the job she did was worth what she charges, she had the gall to still charge us for half a visit. Even though, had we actually confirmed, she would have been days late. Complete and total lack of professionalism and clearly doesn’t understand how running your own business works.

I have never seen my apartment in such great shape! It literally sparkles! This is my first experience with a cleaning service. It was very easy to get a price quote for an initial/deep clean of my apartment via e-mail correspondence with Maids in a Minute’s manager, Ray. He responded very promptly to all my requests for information and he even booked the appointment for me, sending an email with all the details. They sent two staff along to my apartment on the day of the clean. I left them to it and ran some errands and asked that they give me a call when they were done. A little less than 2 hours later, they were done. I really have to say, I was amazed at the results. I was hoping for clean, but what I got was truly better than my apartment has ever been. Anyway, the best recommendation I can give is that, while I really only intended on having a one time cleaning, I am strongly considering having them come monthly now. The results were just that good!

I found Missy to be unprofessional and rude. When she had to re-schedule the first appointment, I was disappointed, but understood that things happen. Then after she re-booked that appointment, she showed up 40 minutes late, making me late for a meeting with my CEO. Normally I would give a key, but this was the 1st appointment, so I wanted to see how she did first. When I came home, there were several things not done that were agreed to be done(refrigerator was not wiped down, toaster was not wiped down, window above kitchen sink was not wiped down, fireplace glass doors had finger prints, and most importantly, the master bathroom shower had not been cleaned). In addition, she vacuumed around things(I have dark carpeting and could clearly see the vacuum marks) and left cobwebs in 2 areas of the house. When I contacted her within 24 hours(per their policy), she asked me to send her pictures as proof, which I did. Then she sent me a long text saying my house was extra dirty, and she wasn’t expecting it to take so long to do. My house had not been professionally cleaned since September of last year, but I have been keeping up on the regular cleaning myself. My house was obviously in need of deeper cleaning(or I wouldn’t have needed Missy’s services), but to tell a customer that their house was extra dirty? It’s hard in the first place to ask someone to come in to your home, because you cannot keep up. But to be told this was very rude and unprofessional!
