I am using a blood pressure kit and Mavik from Abbott. Both are simply awesome. Very pleased.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Abbott’s customer service. I had a standing order for Similac Organic but only received two of four shipments. For the other two shipments, I received emails letting me know that the order was «coming soon» with no date of delivery specified and no explanation or apology for why it never arrived. When I called customer support, I was told that the formula was on back order and a delivery date could not be predicted. Despite my November shipment never arriving, I received a notification that my December shipment was «coming soon,» again with no additional information re: arrival, even though it is now over a week overdue (and I suspect still on back order). On their website, both orders (Nov. and Dec.) are listed as «in progress» (i.e., November may still get shipped rather than simply expiring). To top it off, I received a letter saying that the nutrisave discount is being discontinued, which would be fine except that their customer service has been so disastrous, they should be doing everything they can to KEEP customers. In sum, Abbott has inconvenienced me with their poor service, confused me with their lousy communication, and irritated me with their emails promising that orders are coming soon when they clearly are not.
