We own several rental properties in Central OH area and have used Ace twice this year. Once to repair a foam roof that had a large hole cut out when new chilling tower was installed. This roof repair work had to be scheduled as soon as air conditioning repair was finished and Ace understood the need to be available on a moment’s notice. None of the other companies we called would help. Ace did a great job at a very reasonable cost. In the second instance, we lost a flashing around the chimney on another building. Ace came out immediately and charged very little for efficient service.
