So… I love Aldi. If you haven’t been in the store in the last year or so, I recommend another visit. They are responding to customer’s desires, and have since added an organic brand as well as many gluten-free options! The organic selection is still rather small, but they do carry organic milk, yogurt, pasta/sauce, chicken stock, and a select assortment of produce. With a better beer selection, deli, and fresh herbs, I could do all of my shopping here! They have great prices, which are typically at least 50 cents cheaper than other store brands for comparable products. This store is always clean and well stocked. They seem to have more than one cashier available to keep the lines moving along quickly. Make sure to bring your own bags(you can purchase some as well), and a quarter for your shopping cart! I love looking through the seasonal/special buys, and have found some really great new items for a steal. They also have some more artisan foods for great prices, like goat cheese, bavarian mustard, and tikka masala sauce. Get over your Aldi stigma! This place is great!

This location is really nice and clean inside! I’ve lived in the area for almost 3 years and always avoided this location thinking it would be gross, but I was SOWRONG! If you haven’t been to an Aldi’s before you should check it out. They have a ton of snacks, fresh produce, meats, dairy, cleaning supplies and right now plants! I came in for the Fit & Active selection, its their brand of low calorie foods. Let me tell you. The s’mores rice cakes are YUMMY! I know, they’re processed and full of chemicals. Whatever. Sometimes I want that. At least this was I can enjoy the s’mores taste for just 90 calories! The hanging plant selection was nice too, got some pretty yellow flowers for just $ 6!

Aldi is the place to get your groceries cheap. Go there for most any staple item you may need and a few of the others you may want. Not a huge selection of anything, but enough to do your basic shopping. Prices are cheap here, some quality off brands along with some name brands to boot. It’s great for ketchup, mustard, canned veggies, hamburger, frozen foods, cheese, milk… all the basics. There’s usually just one choice of something, sometimes two, but you won’t find 8 different varieties of ketchup to choose from. If you want to shop here, I’d recommend coming before or after the beginning of the month when they get swamped with the food stamper crowd. It’s crazy busy then as these hard shopping people come to do their monthly shopping. Not the place to go for an item or two either as you may be in a line of 3 or 4 people at any time. Bring your own bags or boxes or you can buy their paper bags for 6 cents each. They’ve also got their specials online.
