Excellent customer service, lightning-​fast turnaround, and fantastic price on my business cards. I sent in my PSD proofs of the business card on a Thursday night, and I had a price quote by mid-​day on Friday. Alphagraphics is closed on the weekend, but they’d printed a proof for my review by Monday afternoon. I approved the proof, then I picked up my order around 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Alphagraphics stayed in excellent touch via email and phone throughout the transaction.
The price was comparable to the prices I saw online at Vistaprint, Moo, etc. – but I didn’t have to wait for shipping, and I got to see and touch the proof before buying. I also got price quotes from three other local print shops in town, and they all quoted me at least double what Alphagraphics charged me. Many of them considered it a «rush job» because I wanted my cards back within 3 business days. Alphagraphics didn’t charge a rush fee. When I asked Alphagraphics about the good price/​turnaround and whether I’d just lucked into a not-​so-​busy period for their business, the employee said, «We’re used to people needing everything fast. This is just how we do things.» Alphagraphics will definitely be my go-​to print shop in the future.
