Either a black cloud or EMP were directly over my house. The majority of my kitchen appliances, dryer and air conditioner all broke within a two week period. The HVAC repair is a whole other review in itself!
We came to Appliance Smart because we’ve made prior purchases. I knew from experience their prices are some of the most reasonable.
A young college student named Vernon was our salesman. He was good, very good. He knew his product inside and out and did no high pressured sales moves. We ended up with a fabulous stainless steel package.
I’d recommend this store because the prices are reasonable, they offer several purchasing options, a large scratch and dent section and great same day delivery service. Plus, Vernon is a great salesman.
The only reason this review does not receive a higher rating is due to the refrigerator ice maker being inoperable. After calling the manufacturer, a technician was sent. There was a problem with the assembly of the refrigerator. The problem was quickly solved. Although this was a manufacturer problem and not Appliance Smart’s responsibility, they still gave us an additional discount.
We will continue to be customers of Appliance Smart regardless of this mishap.

I bought a 4 piece appliance package here. The dishwasher they gave me had a broken frame which prevented it from being installed. I had to pay my installer to take the dishwasher back and pick up a different one. When he got back to the house we realized that the new dishwasher had not come with any hardware. This all happened late Saturday night so I was not able to get back to the store until Monday since Sunday was Easter. This really put me in a bad position since my house was supposed to go on the market on Monday. I really regret shopping here to try to save some money. I could have purchased my appliances at a big box store for the same price and not had to deal with this headache!

Recently, the boyfriend and I needed to replace our gas stove and dishwasher. We decided to try here first because he’d had good luck there in the past and we both hoped we could get a deal.
We surfed their website first so we went in with an idea of what we are looking for appliance-​wise. I highly recommend looking at their website before heading to the store, since they may (or may not) have the brand/​style that you are looking for. We didn’t end up with the appliances we chose on the website. In fact, we ended up with the same brands but different models that actually suit us better. AND we got 2 appliances for what we would’ve paid for only the stove in another store.
Delivery took a little longer than we planned because they had to bring in one of the appliances from another store. Also, they don’t do installation, they provide recommendations for a third party installer. The good thing is that they work together so you can schedule the delivery and installation around the same time/​day.
But, if you’re looking for a new appliance and a good deal, this is a place to try first. It is an outlet store so they may not have everything you’re looking for but the staff we worked with were knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell us.
