This place deserves a strong 4 – 4.5 rating. 5’s are hard to come by. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Carry a few special items that are hard to find elsewhere. They’ll find or order something if they can. Easy to get in and out of — clean and well organized store.

This has got to be one of the best liquor stores I’ve been to in the Columbus area! Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was after… but I was after a hard to find bourbon, so I can’t hold that against them! ;) However, they did have an amazing selection of not only bourbons, ryes and scotch — they a whole lot of everything, even bitters and beer! The employees were super nice and eager to talk liquors, make suggestions and try and hunt down everything I was interested in. This is a great spot — check it out!

Great liquor store, huge selection, lots of oddities. Has the largest selection of spirits and related oddities but you need to know what you want– the help knows a bit in terms of what’s popular but not much else. Always great, parking is like dedicated to you and always a space open right by door. Not many people know about this place it feels like. Definitely hidden vibe but hey all good by me.

Wow! This place has it all! Almost an overwhelming selection of cold and room temp beers, wines, liquor. Anything you could want, really. And it’s clean with a friendly, helpful staff to boot! Is the wine or champagne you want not chilled? No worries-they have you covered! They have a handy dandy chiller that works in only minutes while you’re browsing the rest of their massive selection. Now you’re ready for the party AND don’t have to look for room in your friends tiny fridge

Tucked away in the Arena District is this fairly large liquor store. I’m not sure how I missed it after living in the area for a whole year. They have a fairly extensive selection of liquor. I didn’t spend much time perusing, as I went straight to the beer fridge, but they have 4 long aisles of liquor. The beer selection isn’t anything to scoff at either. It seems like they have a whole fridge dedicated to cider, if that’s your thing. The beer selection is decent, better than your average gas station or Giant Eagle. I think the new Giant Eagles have a larger selection however. The pricing is competitive. I was able to get a 6-pack of Left Hand Nitro Stout for $ 8.99. Anyways, Arena Wine and Spirits is a good alternative to the Giant Eagle if you live in an Arena District apartment or in Victorian Village. I know i’ll be back. The only downside I see is the fact that they close relatively early at 8 pm.

Excellent selection. Plus they were eager to know what I was looking for! Love that!
