I had locked my keys in my car this morning after an exceptionally long night at work. I own a more modern car which is designed to be difficult to get into without a key. I thought I was screwed. In any event, I went to Unilocal and went down the list looking for locksmiths. The first 5 hits were a combination of failure to answer, failure to return calls, and reassurances of solving the problem followed by never hearing from them again. My last shot(6th on the list) before hitting up locksmiths 90 miles away was Wayne. I told him my problem and he told me how much it would cost, where he was at the moment, and how long it would take for him to get to me, all without being asked. He got here within 5 minutes of his stated arrival time and promptly got to work. The way he opened my car was pretty ingenious in its simplicity. To say the least he knew what he was doing, he did it with skill, and he did it quickly. In addition, he is a personable guy with great customer service and he is less expensive than any other quotes I received from the establishments that bothered to answer. If Wayne were able to get his name out and market himself more efficiently, the other locksmiths around here would be run out of business. To drive the point home, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
