The variety and quality of clothing here are probably some of the best you’ll find in Columbus. I was amazed at how many items and brands they had here that I was interested in, such as Sperry and London Fog. I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re in town and are in need of clothes or shoes. My only complaint was customer service. I had to seek someone out twice when I was in a department looking for a specific item. Both times when I asked for more selection they simply said they did not have it. No offer to check a nearby location (there is another location under 50 miles away) nor any offer to order online. Just a «no, sorry we don’t have that». So outstanding customer service is not a strong point. They do however give a 15% military discount, so that coupled with the fact that it’s one of the only mainstream retailers in the area make this a decent place to stop when in town. I wouldn’t make a special trip for this place though.
