Bleu & Fig

Hiring Bleu & Fig was the BEST decision I EVER made! They made my day-​of event prep so easy and provided me with a stunning presentation of absolutely delicious food that had everyone at my party talking!
I emailed Chef Brooke my event date and needs and she got back to me that day. Within 3 days we had everything nailed down via email. I gave her a rough outline of items I needed to achieve a beer pairing/​tasting birthday party at Rockmill Brewery and she took it to the next level, but kept it in my exact price range. I am confident she did more with my money than I could have!
When I went to the Food Fort to pick up my party spread, I was expecting a tray with a bunch of bite size chunks of meats and cheeses. So, when I came up to her and was ogling this amazing spread of foods on 3 different beautiful retro wood trays I didn’t even think it was for me. And she said, «Oh no, that’s for you!» and I was like «Shut the F**k up, it is not!» That is how awesome it was!
I was so grateful for the talent, time, and attention to detail Chef Brooke put into my catering order all while respecting my budget and creating something that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Bleu & Fig to anyone who wants amazing food and flair at their events!
