Amazing service. Everyone I talk to is amazed when they see our triple bunk. They assume it must have been very expensive when I explain that it is a custom design. But Bunk & Loft does everything built to order and charges prices comparable to mass-​produced items! This is the heaviest, most well-​built piece of furniture that we own, with solid wood and excellent craftsmanship.
When one board arrived damaged from shipping, they shipped a replacement board at no cost.
When our hardware got lost during moving, they stayed late to make sure to ship out some replacement hardware to us that night.
Amazing products, amazing customer service. I recommend them to everyone!

Pro & cons.
Pros:
— VERY customer friendly and patient, they’ll answer every questions you may have, that’s the way to do business. I myself has been in business for over 20 years dealing with customers, being patient and understanding is the key for good word of mouth and repeat customers, of course unless they are outright rude, than the gloves are off.
— VERY accommodating to your special needs, they’ll pretty much customize it to any way you want.
— Pricing is very fair.
Cons:
— Nothing that I can think of so far.
I placed my order for a slightly customized loth and full bed. When I received it and assembled it together, all I can say is «WOW», what excellent craftsmanship. The MOST important thing is that my young son LOVES it, along with his cousins.

What a great place to do business with. All questions were answered very quickly. ALWAYS got to speak with someone (not one of those places that has voicemail hell where you have to sit and wait for someone to return your call).
Every staff member was very pleasant, from the lady the coordinates the deliveries, to the man that took my order to the actual delivery guys.
Bunk beds are very sturdy and look great! Kids loved them. They even come with a lifetime warranty.
If you are looking for great, quality beds COME HERE! Seriously! They will take very good care of you.

I order three loft beds on the phone to be shipped to california. All three were custom orders and the prices were better then I could find anywhere else. They were super nice on the phone and willing to build anything at a very reasonable price. The beds were easy to put together and the quality was EXCELLENT. Better then I would have ever expected for the price. This place is a rare find in quality, price and customer service.
