Have taken several courses here and like the smaller, atmosphere. Would recommend Craige Roberts as great class instructor. Teachers do not work for the CFW, they rent space so there’s a quite a diversity in approach and ego.
If you’re interested in teacher training I would research other places also and talk to CFW IYT alumni other than those recommended as referrals.

A nice little gem on the border of Linden and Clintonville. Classes are affordable and they offer a good variety: yoga, Zumba, and Pilates are offered every week. Class sizes are small, so you don’t have to worry about being lost in a sea of people — your instructor will probably know you by name.
