Changes Salon & Spa

I’ve been going to Changes since 1995! 20 years don’t lie. The stylists and entire staff are wonderful! My teenage twins (boy and girl) both go there, but only 5 years so far.

I first visited Changes nearly 20 years ago because of Dane Nelson, whom I met when he did an incredible job styling my hair at an event. He cut and colored my hair for eight years before I moved away and always did an absolutely amazing job, to the point where I actually had him style my hair when I came back to visit until it sadly wasn’t practical any longer.
I’ve had my hair long, medium-​length, short, VERY short, brown, blonde (something that was very difficult because my hair is naturally dark, but Dane made it work), red, and red with highlights. He’s an excellent listener and always takes what I want and need for my life into account before he touches my head. He’s walked me through everything hair related from using velcro rollers to how to make my color look as natural as I want it to.
On that note, he’s always been willing to help me experiment with new, dramatic styles and no matter how drastically I’ve wanted to change my hair, I’ve never left his chair unhappy because again, he’s an extremely good listener and knows how to translate what I dream for my hair into gorgeous reality.
While I was gone, Changes moved. Because I fail at Google, I didn’t find them again until last year. I have to note that in the nine years that I was not lucky enough to be able to go Dane, I didn’t see any other stylist more than three times because no one ever lived up to the extremely high bar that Dane set. Since I’ve found him again, I’ll never go to anyone else until the day he retires.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. I love Tiffany! She does hair and nails! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, it’s a small salon but good prices and always enjoy my time here.

Great salon. I visit whenever I am in Columbus –Polaris. Jessica gave me one of the best haircuts I have had for a long time. Highly recommend her and this salon for facials makeup etc!
