So right when you think there is NO alternative to what’s bringing you down. You have to go try this Doctor! It has been a while since my last visit however, I am still feeling great b/​c of my treatments (approximately 8 consistent months). Amazing results & the office director who has to be one of top three nicest & most sincere people in C Bus makes you feel like family.
Allergies had me sideways & I was literally out of immediate relief/​options. Dr. Chen does not sugar coat & I personally felt like his diagnosis & administration of acupuncture was a saving grace for my livelihood.
I strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for honest & reliable alternative treatment.

I’ve always loved going to see Dr. Chen, but today’s visit requires an update:
First of all, his office staff — Liz M — is the best. Seriously. She was able to get me an appointment on the same day, and she is insanely helpful when it comes to things like insurance.
I’ve been going to physical therapy for my shoulder since December, but the pain was so bad recently that I couldn’t even go to my appointment this week. I went to see Dr. Chen today for an acupuncture treatment so that I could at least attend my next PT appointment without crying from excruciating pain. And oh, em, gee. After my treatment today, my shoulder felt better than it has in months! The mister and I joke about this being voodoo, but I don’t care what it is — I feel amazing.

I had went to Dr. Chen for years to clear up blinding headaches. I no longer have to go to his because my headaches have cleared up. I cannot tell you how awesome Dr. Chen is. He has been a miracle worker for me! Liz, his office manager, is awesome, too. Always nice and always knows me even if I haven’t called for a while. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to go back when the need arises.

I haven’t actually BEEN here yet, but I felt compelled to write this review based solely on a phone call.
I’ve been trying to find a PCP in Columbus for 5 years. Well, «trying» every time I get sick, making 4 or 5 phone calls, then giving up in a fit of rage, because no one accepts my insurance, or schedules appointments less than four score and seven years in advance, and most doctors office staff are bitchy to boot.
Well, my insurance company referred me to Dr. Chen just now, so I called, and Liz answered, and was fucking awesome, and got me an appointment for TOMORROW, and didn’t give me the «umm who?» when I said who my insurance provider was, and even cracked a joke. I think. I’m sick, so I can’t be sure.
Hopefully the Doc will be as rad as his receptionist, eh?
