I was there last night. Got home, ate my burrito and I ended up puking all night. Chipotle, thanks.

Good chipotle! Much better than the one in new albany. Even with a long line it’s efficient and you get in and out pretty fast!

Have tried this one 3 times. Staff doesn’t listen to your order — ask for extra and receive barely anything(cheese/sour cream) — ten bucks for a burrito filled with rice … Not worth it

Very slow and unresponsive store. Placed an online order and been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. There’s no one in line placing orders so now they finally are getting to make mine. Unacceptable and they’re unapologetic. I like the food, but the service is awful.

I almost always have a wait time of 20+ minutes at this Chipotle. The line is normally always out the door or close to it. Take the extra time to go to the one on North High in Clintonville, trust me on that one.

Wow, what a change! If you have ever been to this location and like me were frustrated with the wait time and the rude staff, you should go again. This location got a new general manager(as of today) and plenty of staff on hand. I went to Chipotle on the dreaded lunch run and was pleasantly surprised by how I was quickly greeted, yes greeted by a staff member. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Crazy right. I am overly optimistic that things have changed for the better. I can get back into my regular Chipotle lunch rotation.

This place is disgusting. Their workspace, where your food is being prepared, is disgusting. Also, food all over the tables and chairs. Cashier disappeared for several minutes for no apparent reason backing up the line. We keep coming back every few months hoping they get their act together. Disappointed every time. Go to the Chipotle in downtown Gahanna by the high school, much better.

This really is the saddest Chipotle I’ve ever visited. The first time, I ordered online and picked it up. I waited 20 minutes while the cashier refused to acknowledge me, which was sad. I then brought a tiny burrito back to the office. I recognize that Chipotle products are different every time, so I tried it again. Well, I mean, I tried to try it. The second time, they were out of water, so the whole restaurant was closed down. The second time I actually tried it, I was in line for over an hour. I saw the cashier leave in the middle of cashing people out to change the bin liners in the dining room(there were two people in the dining room). I saw people standing in the back, doing nothing. I saw a manager in the manager’s office, screaming at the employees without taking her face away from her computer. They were out of soft tacos, steak, and salad dressing that day. The guy in front of me had to explain what«guacamole» was three times before the person behind the counter would grant it to him. The guy behind the counter kept saying«we don’t have that,» even though the guac was RIGHTTHERE. Then, because I’m obviously dumb, I did it again. I showed up long after lunch rush. I was the only customer in the restaurant. I waited 15 minutes, because as soon as I showed up, the staff that was behind the counter giggled and ran to the back. One person shouted«We’ll be back!» At that point, I was just curious as to what would happen. When they all came back, at the same time, I ordered a burrito. I had to show the person behind the counter which one that was. I had to request rice three different times because he kept forgetting that I said«brown rice.» It was almost like a chant. I was entertained. All the food was sitting there, but was apparently confusing. He even asked the manager if they had lettuce, which… was right there, Ray. It was looking at me. If I had to guess, I’d say they popped out for a toke, which I’m not hating on, but Do The Job You’re Paid To Do. I also want to know where they managed to find weed so good, you can forget what lettuce is. I’ve tried to place online orders since then, but if you place an order at 11am, the earliest pick up time is 2.30pm. I suppose that’s how long it takes to remind the staff they serve food.

They are often out of essential items like chicken or black beans. The line is always long and it doesn’t move fast. This location is on a busy corner. Today the whole bowl is extra salty and the chicken is extra burnt. I can’t stand the thought of making someone else wait even longer in this long line for me to get w refund. There are no forks out only spoons and knives. Seems like they have a high turn over of staff here because I never see the same people behind the counter. They are trying, but this chipotle could do a lot better.

You’d think with how busy this particular chipotle can get, that the staff would be prepared most of the time for a long line. This is not the case. Most of the staff seems unmotivated and doesn’t seem to want to work. I’ve rarely received a smile from anyone who works there and most of the employees just seem as if they’re goofing off. The whole line will stop if something needs refilled/restocked and it takes about 3 – 5 minutes to do so. Something is always out of stock there, whether it be chips, cups, chicken, guac, you name it. Also– one of the guys there will give you a larger scoop of something if you’re a guy vs. a girl. My boyfriend and I have been here quite a few times and have witnessed this not just with us, but others as well. Sure you can just ask for more– but it’s still the principle. All in all, this is easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Though the food is still good, the staff is what drives this one to the crapper.

Things this location was out of at 9pm yesterday: –salad dressing –cheese –nickels No sense of urgency by the staff when faced with a long line. After 15 minutes of waiting, three new faces appeared from the back with no interest in helping their co-workers. The only thing they all could agree on was that no one could find the cheese. Then someone said«it’s an hour before close, we’re not shredding more cheese. Isn’t that just making it the morning staff’s problem to deal with? It didn’t help that I had a person ordering by pointing while talking on their phone in front and a not a single thing is right with my order person behind, but that isn’t Chipotle’s fault.

8 months later and at this Chipotle for another try. Unfortunately no change. the line is longer and still very, very slow. There is still a gap in the line in between the ordering and the cashier. This will most likely be the last chance I give this location. In my last review I said that I hope someone who could make a difference would see this. If they did, they clearly don’t care.

Food was ok, my burrito was poorly wrapped and all the gauc was at the bottom of the burrito spilling out. The service was pretty bad. When I requested gauc the young lady told me about 3 times and with a LOT of attitude that it was extra. Each time I told her«OK I still want it» she would interrupt me and say again. So I said«thank you I understand I’ve eaten at Chipotle before» to which she replied«well…you know… a lot of people haven’t eaten here before» she was just super rude and had a smart ass attitude. That extra comment was totally uncalled for. I’ll just continue to go to the Easton location, I won’t be returning to this store.

Hate it! I love what Chipotle stands for – fresh, «clean» food, but I hate the food. Sorry, Columbus, I know you’re a Chipotle town but I can’t make myself like it. I’ve tried. I give up. This was my fourth visit to Chipotle, all were in Columbus. I just can’t get over the fact that they charge for chips that, in case you haven’t noticed, are the exact same ones they have at Taco Bell. They don’t have salsa either. Salsa is Spanish for sauce. Corn relish, tomatillo sauce, pico de gallo and hot sauce are not salsa. Sorry. Salsa is pureed or finely chopped TOMATOES, onions, cilantro garlic etc. It’s a pulpy liquid. It’s dippable and can be added to tacos, burritos, etc for added moisture and flavor. There, now you know, Chipotle. It’s fast becoming the #1 condiment in America. I’m surprised you haven’t heard of it. A Mexican place that doesn’t have nachos or salsa and charges for chips? Shove it up your tailpipe, Chipotle. PS: The parking lot at this location is a death trap.

Out of all of the Chipotle’s I have been to… I’d go out on a limb and say this one is the worst. EVERY. Single. Time I have ordered online from them, they have completely botched my order! Either there are 2+ items added to my order or 2+ items removed. Today, lettuce wasn’t added and cheese was added and I didn’t request it. So, I’ve come to the conclusion that either they are hiring people that are illiterate or they hire people that just make whatever they want for you when it’s placed online. Any other time that I physically go in there. just standing in line is a 20 minute wait. It always seems like everyone behind the station is a hot mess and it’s just pure chaos. The only thing nice I can say about this location is that everyone there has been pretty friendly. Although, due to the complications when going here, it doesn’t make up for it. I have now learned my lesson and will drive the opposite direction to Clintonville.
