I totally agree with that no insurance company should determine my care– that is for myself and my doctor to determine. I do appreciate an office that fights for the patient and their quality of care. However, my review had nothing to do with that. My review expressed disappointment that no one notified me prior to my appointment that I was going to incur an out of pocket expense. Honestly — if that happened on a typical day — I would not have had the funds to pay it. I would have had to on the spot decide if I walk out and pay for a cancelled appointment — for which your office does charge, or if I wanted to pay the unexpected fee, get my cleaning and then get hit with another 36 $ fee from the bank. As stated — I love the care — not the office practices. And by the way — find another insurance company? Seriously — that means finding another job. Your response to my review was not even in line with my review, and you have another review questioning your office practices. You were the first dentist I have trusted in years — decades even, your office policies need reviewed though.

You are correct Dr. I have never been a patient and you are correct that’s not the first time an appointment had been missed. We did, however, reschedule those other appointments with your office. I am sure you do have rave reviews on Google, I never complained about your service I complained about your office personal. I have written 20 reviews on Unilocal.13 – 5 Star, 2 – 4 Star, 2 – 3 star, 1 – 2 Star and 2 – 1 Star. Please don’t make it seem like I was mad at you so I was unfair. I love to give great reviews when the service is above par and to be fair, my children thought YOU were a great dentist. Again it’s your staff I took issue with. In this day and age, I feel people are far too quick to say bad things and not near as aggressive to say good things so I am sure to praise when there is cause to do so and my review record shows just that. Every time I was spoken too, if it had to do with money, I felt as if we were being treated rudely plain and simple. I’ll update the review to a 3 because it’s not you we took issue with. I’m not angry and not hateful in my reviews. If the customer service is great I am quick to say so. Please read through everything and you will see that is the case.

The service was excellent. Since my arrival they were really nice and professional. They pulled out two wisdom teeth in less than 5 minutes after the anestesia. No pain during the extraction and almost no pain during my recovery. I totally recomend them.
