The game room is significantly larger than the location i usually go to in Buford. All the games appeared to b working properly but sum had broken seat belts which meant my 1 yr old couldnt ride them. The ice cream machine was broke, one of the ticket counting machines was broke. They were sold out of bone in and boneless wings. We got there shortly b4 4 and Chuck E did not come out at 430. In fact we didn’t see him the whole time we were there and we left at 630pm. We got pizza and cheesy bread the pizza was good but the cheesy bread was small for the price. They need to step their service up. SN: This is a location that does not serve beer or wine.

It’s the only Chuck E. Cheese in Columbus. Every time I have come here with my family it had been packed. The playground /​ball out is small and the games are a few years old.
The pizza is decent and they so honor check in coupons on Foursquare. Usually a clean facility.
The kids always love it though!

We had my son’s 8th birthday at this location this past weekend. I just wanted to give a BIG thank you to Kendranetta for being so patient and attentive during my son’s party. Everything was on time, prompt, and I didn’t have to ask her to do anything, she already knew and took care of everything. Thank you very much, I am looking forward to his birthday here again next year, and I will ask specifically for KENDRANETTA!

This is not the same business as it was when I was a child, ShowBiz now chuck e cheese. Too many people and chaos and this is not coming from the kids, it’s the parents and adults. The pizza is still good, but I still wouldn’t host a party there.
