I’ve had great customer service from this company. I had them come out years ago, when my furnace totally stopped on Christmas Eve. Yea, try getting anyone to come out then… they were the ONLY company that responded and would send anyone out! The technician came out at 3am, was very pleasant, considering. .and fixed it within an hour. The rate wasn’t bad, for a holiday and the time, either. I have had them come out for annual AC and furnace service inspections since. The technicians are always very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I won’t even bother to deal with anyone else!

I have been using Classic Air for years and have been pretty happy with their service until the last few years. It started when I needed to replace my old A/C unit. They installed a new one but within several months it wasn’t putting out very cold air. There was a leak and it took them three trips over several months to find and repair the leak. Each time assuring me they had found it and taken care of it. The next issue happened last year when they sold me a service agreement and telling me I would get the annual inspections on my two furnaces and two A/C units and priority service and discounted parts. I received nothing from the service agreement and feel it was a complete rip off. The final straw was this past week when I called to schedule annual service on my A/C Units and Furnaces. The technician came out and serviced the units and told me I may want to replace my capacitor, it was making a squeaking noise and drawing more amps than usual. He stated it could last a few months or a few years. I asked the price and he said he thought around $ 500-$ 600. I asked to go ahead and price it for me. The next day the lady from the office called and said it would be $ 1100. I said no thanks, I would wait for it to go out. I got the model number off the capacitor and found it on Amazon for $ 184 brand new. I was furious and called the office and asked to speak to the owner. She told me she could help me, so I told the lady I had no issue with them making money but their markup was ridiculous! I also told her I was taking my business elsewhere. She said for me to have a good day. This company has gone down hill these last few years and doesn’t know how to treat customers fairly.

Naturally our furnace broke down on the coldest night of the year recently. Called Classic Air at 11:30 pm and a technician was out within an hour. Outstanding service.

Russel is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. While I didn’t get to hire him to do the job, I would. Actually, I plan to in the summer.
