I’ve always received good service. Prices are fair and never a long wait. I usually come here for pedicures. They do use liners which is a plus for me and they don’t charge extra for callous remover. Most places around here do. Also, they have a wine bar with a small selection of wines to purchase by the glass.

The owner Helen has a very nasty attitude & is very rude… my 1st time there & def my last!!! She needs to learn about giving good customer service because she cleary doesn’t know/care…there’s absolutely nothing classy about this piece of shit

Well, I had an appointment for a massage, and when I showed up, I was told that the masseuse was going to be FIFTEEN minutes late. That’s not a big deal I said, and I waited. However, after FORTY minutes, no sign of the masseuse… as I stated g to walk out I was told that she was almost done… so she wasn’t running late, she was with another client, and they obviously knew how delayed she was going to be. Totally lack of customer service, which is a big deal for a spa.

The quality of work depends upon the employee. Drastic difference between them. One thing is consistent, the lack of customer service. I have been several times, because the location is convenient. Each time, I left feeling as though my business was a burden to them and I should be grateful they deigned to wait on me.
