Columbus Cab Company

Probably should have read the reviews before calling this poorly run and rude company. I requested to be picked up at a certain time. They failed to show up on time and when I made alternative plans they still charged me. I will be filing a compliant to have their license revoked.

If I could I would give a zero star. Poor service, never on time, no tip no helping on luggage, forced to carpool charge each party the original price. Again poor service, bad attitude. They don’t accept credit card, even though they are able to.

Terrible experience. Was in town staying at the Marriott and had a meeting at Cummins corporate office building at 9 o’clock in the morning.
Called Columbus cab about 2 ½ hours before I needed them to pick me up to ensure that they would be there on time. Went out to wait for them and after they were 15 minutes late I called to ask where they were. Man said that nobody had told him I called and he would be there after he drop somebody off in about a half hour. This time my meeting was in 15 minutes!
Thank God one of my friends was also staying at the same hotel and able to give me a ride! Why was I would’ve been in deep trouble due to the incompetence of this company. Will never get my business again nor would I advise anybody to trust them if you need to be somewhere on time.
