A Great Family owned and operated fitness facility in central Columbus. This barn sized facility has a HUGE free weight center carrying multiple machines for isolation and compound exercises. The downstairs is dedicated to free weights, boxing, raquetball, swimming, group exercise, spinning, boxing, rock wall climbing, racquetball, kids center, nutrition sales, juice bar and even a kids zone. The upper level offers multiple zones for cardio: cycling, rowing, elliptical, stair-​master, etc, even message therapy. The owner is a local MD, and the staff are all qualified to meet any and all your needs!
