Creative Distinctions

If I could give 6 stars I would. My daughter is a Buckeye and we are from NY so I have to handle many things over phone or internet when it comes to her birthday while she is at Ohio State. I found Creative Distinction with an internet search and you are always a bit nervous when you haven’t dealt with a business before but I was so pleasantly surprised from the order to confirmation to final delivery. The on-​line order is amazing and so much fun to design the balloon bouquet. They confirmed my order and gave excellent service when I called the week before to just double check. The best part was the delivery – my daughter even said that she never had such a wonderful delivery person who seemed just as excited to give her the balloons as she was at receiving them. I wish they were in New York so I could use them more often.

I was taking my husband for a night and hockey game for his 40^th birthday. I googled gift baskets/​balloons and found this place. Steve couldn’t have been any nicer and truly went above and beyond all expectations! He even called to let me know the gift was delivered to our room before our arrival. GREAT customer service and that just doesn’t happen anymore. Steve you Rock!!!
