This CVS gets two stars from me purely because of its convenient location. God forbid you actually need to utilize the pharmacy services! The pharmacy department is extraordinary slow and frequently completely incompetent. They have«lost» prescriptions that were called in on multiple occasions. The final straw for me was being told I had to wait 20 mins to get a flu shot on a slow Thursday morning. What a joke! It takes 30 seconds to give a flu shot. This was on top of the 10 mins it took just to sign me up for the shot even though my information was already in their system. The whole purpose of flu shots at the corner pharmacy is that it’s supposed to be quick and easy. Sigh. I think I’ll take my business to the broad street location.

All my original beef with the pharmacists still stands. But I realized that the entire CVS doesn’t suck, so I’m bumping my rating up one star. The store employees are always very sweet and helpful. And the Minute Clinic nurse practitioners are fantastic! Seriously, I choose them over going to the doctor on most occasions. Now back to those pharmacists… I’m sitting here shaking my head in disbelief at how bad they *still* are! I have complained so many times to corporate, but nothing ever changes. The two main pharmacists are horrible and unfriendly, and their team of students are just as bad! I can’t express enough how terrible they are. Customer service is low on their priority list.

We shall refer to this CVS as the«fancy» CVS. I’ve been to my share, believe me, but I don’t remember seeing a wine«selection!» There has to be at least 20 different kinds in stock here. That’s fancy! In addition, the store is pretty large & Perscription orders are filled pretty fast. Dare I admit you can actually find some great last minute gifts here — if you play your cards right. I actually enjoy my stops here. That’s saying something for a CVS!

Considering I’m a native of Bexley and this CVS is just right down the street, walking distance actually, I find myself here quite often. The staff at this CVS is very friendly, and they always have everything in stock. They have very extended hours too, which is always a huge help when it’s late at night and the grocery store is closed.
