Cvs Pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy… how I hate thee! I tried to be nice to you for months now, always giving you the benefit of the doubt, never putting up too much of a fight when you try to ruin my life. But things are different now between us. I’ve realized you’re no good for me and I’m letting you go. No… I’m kicking you to the curb and sending my dogs out to make sure you never come back!
The only way to explain is by… well…explaning…
I have asthma and really bad allergies all year round. My pharmacy is important to me and how well they do their job is essential. I’m also not one to make a fuss about anything as long as it doesn’t affect my daily life. Making sure I can breath is… well anyone would agree that’s air is kinda important to being alive. Humans need air. Asthmatics need air and their meds to get through a day; missing a few doses of Claritinex could put me in a hospital. This pharmacy doesn’t seem to understand that, nor do they understand how to do their job. Not once, not twice, but every single time I go to pick up my Claritin there is, yet another, issue. If it’s not «well sorry, but your Clarinex has been discontinued» or «oh sorry, we’re still waiting to get that in for you» it’s another thing like «sorry I cant help you with that.» This pharmacy is completely incompetent! The staff is rude (like I’m reporting it to the BBB rude)… ok I’ll explain… I was inside fighting with them the other day about how my Claritin is now 2 weeks late and how I didn’t believe they ever called my doctor for a new prescription and that they need to learn to do their job and stop lying. I was also watching the drive through guy; what an a-​hole!!! I’ve never seen someone so blatently rude to people in my entire life! He would grab the phone and snap at the lady who just pulled up «PICKING UP OR DROPING OFF!?» the lady was like «Ive never been here before» and he snaped again, more harsh this time «ARE YOU
. SOMETHING UP? OR ARE… YOU…DROPPPING SOME.THING. OFF!!» (how best can you write something on Unilocal trying to convey that the guy is a doosh bag… talking really slow and loud like this lady was a mute and an idiot??) So she mumbled back that she was new and had a new prescription and he was, very slowly and very mean told her to either come inside or to use the box next to her and open the thing up and give it to him. I wont get into any more details but the guy probably made her cry, I know I would have. There was one thing that really pissed me off, and thank goodness the lady couldn’t see him sense she wasn’t inside like I was. he dropped the phone to walk over and do something and walked over the girl who was helping me (both in the back now, clearly still in earshot) and was bit*hing about the lady outside and about me. Talk about unprofessional, but beyond that, it’s insulting to know that everytime I go inside I’ll see this, and everytime I go to the drive through I’ll be treated like that. It’s not fair to anyone to have to go through that. This guy needs to be fire… they all should be fired.
Back to my issue. The girl comes back after they’re done complaining about me and the lady in the pick up lane. She tells me that she wont fill my prescription because she hasn’t had time to call my doctor and even though Ive been getting Claritin every month she can’t find it on the computer. Really slow and with a huge attitude she says «you’ve been getting Clartin-​D 24-​hr, and I only have Claritin-​D 12hr, and until you’re doctor ok’s this, I wont give it to you.» Then she told me to go call my doctor, which is her job and something she’s neglected to do for over a week now. SO be warned. if they ever tell you they need to call your doctor do yourself a favor and do it yourself to move things along. Then the next day I get a call from her saying the prescription is ready. I drive over to pick it up. My Claritin, something I get for free since I have a company card from the manufacture, is now $ 50 and the girl cant tell me why my card wont work. They also, over night, have lost all of my information in her system regarding my insurance and now I need to go back and re do everything with them. !!!I HATE THIS CVS!!!
Lets recap shall we… theyre liers, theyre incompetent, theyre rude, and they don’t do their jobs! And no I’m without my medication, to which her only «helpful» reply was «why don’t you just buy the cvs brand meds?»

Unfriendly old people who can’t make correct change and having to have a key to get into the bathroom? Ugh. I have seen four star CVS locations, and this is the farthest from that I’ve been to.

There is a secuirity guard here, I’m not sure why. One of the cashiers is a older white woman who is not friendly, she can’t seem to smile. This is just a typical CVS, nothing great. I just love that it is extremely close to home, I can walk there.
