Dairy Queen Brazier

Have gone there several times and each time I get a large vanilla cone. And every god damn time they fuck it up. I pay $ 3 for a large but the amount they give is small/​medium. The ice cream hardly goes out past the center and it’s like a thin column compared to other larges cones. One time mess up is okay but to do this every time and over a period of 8 months since I’ve been going. That’s not okay. I’m tired of this shit. Id rather drive 30 mins to the Dairy Queen in the hood to get the right amount then have to deal with these shitty ass people.

The service is SSLLOOWW. I have never waited over 20 minutes in a drive through. And then when we got to the window, not even a sorry for your wait. Through the window we could see there were multiple female employees just standing around, laughing and talking. The only people actually moving around were these 3 guys. And on top of that, they got ¹⁄₃ of our order wrong. As we pull off, we see that the lobby was empty so it wasn’t even like they had a ton of customers inside to make the drive through slow.
My family was there April 5^th around 8 p.m. so hopefully a manager sees this and can pull up who was «working» that night. Please step up the customer service.

Make sure you sell a kidney or donate some plasma before you go here. The service is great and the food is delicious (duh, it’s Dairy Queen), but the prices are higher than any other franchise by far! For one blizzard and one child cone we paid over seven dollars. There are also signs posted all over the restaurant like «take only one napkin!» and «orders can not be changed at the drive-​thru!» I can only guess that the owner of this particular franchise is the cheapest human in history. We go to a different Dairy Queen that has reasonable prices.

Based on years of dining here, growing up in the neighborhood. First thing you should know is avoid on school days at lunch time. It’s jammed inside and out.
The food is decent, as other dairy bar stops. They are fine on most items from the hot side that are straight forward. It’s when they get into «what would you like on your burger» that gives them opportunity to fail. Fried food tastes like they ALL share the same fryers.
The soft serve ice cream is their strong point. Size consistency is a problem for anything free-​styled. Shakes, Blizzards, items that have to fill a cup, have a better chance of not being short.
No matter how big or messy the item, you will only get those mini napkins. The interior tables are small to most. They are camp tables where the seats and tables are fixed connected. Patrons usually sit outside on the curb or stone landscaping. No outside tables or benches.
The bathrooms are clean, yet phone booth small.
Ice cream to go is your best consistent option here.
Open the reach-​in freezer for a mecca of frozen take home treats.

Ordered a small cone, they gave me about half the amount of ice cream we get at other DQ locations. I will be going elsewhere!

I have lived in NY for 20 yrs and they did not have DQ’s near me, so as soon as I moved back to OH I went to this one!!! I got the foot long chile cheese fog and onion ring ! It was just like I remembered it … YUMMY! My son and husband got burgers and loved them. My son has sensory issues related to his Autism and it is very hard to get him to try new things !!! He LOVED HIS BURGER!!! His fav is the M&M blizzards … We will go back again

The girl working the window/​speaker was very nice and friendly. She had a nice smile and said thank you. The service was very fast.
I got the five buck lunch special with the chicken strips. The strips are small but good. I traded the fries for breaded mushrooms and ranch for the gravy.
Well I did not even get the ranch and the mushrooms were not very good. The breading was a little too thick and the oil tastes funny, like it is either brand new or very old.
I would go back but will definitely skip the mushrooms, which are usually my favorite thing. Since my regular DQ closed I have not gotten good mushrooms, and I have tried at least 3 other locations. Very disappointing.

This is as good as a Dairy Queen is going to get.
Quick service, ample seating, well blended blizzards and the perfect curly Q on the top of each cone.
