Today this company called to set up repairs for the refrigerator in the home where we are currently tenants. A woman by the name of TK called and wanted to set up the appointment for a time that didn’t work for us. I told her that we were tenants and the owner said he could come in the mornings. As soon as she heard we are tenants she said she will not make the appointment with me. She then hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor but she said she was the manager and would not put me on with one and hung up on me again. Very rude. Whether or not they are great at repairs is irrelevant if they continue to employ an unprofessional office staff.
