This shop was recommended after I had been in an accident. I didn’t really know anything about them, but was told they were a certified Honda shop and there is a lifetime warranty on everything they fixed. I got my car back today and was very happy with their service and the work on my Honda. The staff were polite and kept me updated regularly on the progress of my vehicle, through both emails and phone calls. I’ll keep them in mind should I need them in the future.

They are good but really good… Sometimes, the staff does sloppy job but the response to correcting mistakes is really good. I am planning on taking my wife’s car to them as well. I will make it a 5 star once I test them one more time… Keep your eyes on my review…

These folks are very friendly and customer focused. Had my car fixed there after an accident. When I picked my car up the back doors would not open and the front door would only open after I pulled the handle 2x. I brought it back and they discovered that the latches likely had a latent issue when they did the repair and by pulling them off it aggravated whatever the issue was — so, now they needed to be replaced. Rather than arguing that the issue may have occurred at some point regardless of the repair work(which some places most assuredly would have) — they replaced the latches for me, without charge. Hopefully I won’t need repairs again — but if I do, I will definitely go to Davidson’s.

Outstanding service and perfect repairs. I’ve been to this location twice, and both times the process was smooth and efficient. They honored a price on my second visit that I was quoted during an initial glance at my car during my first visit, even though the estimate revealed that it would be a more expensive repair. I know I can trust them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great repair shop.

If I could give three and a half stars, I would. For one thing, they were efficient and made things very easy for me. They were good at keeping me updated about my car and when it would be ready. My car looks good and seems to work fine. They were recommended by Geico and close to home. But it’s the little things that get me. I had a hat in my car door — yes, it was a cheapie little hat but I was very fond of it. And now it’s missing. :-(I know, I should have removed it before I left the car there… That and I asked if they could look at some scratches unrelated to the accident — they said they would. They may have looked at them, but nobody told me what they thought about fixing them. And they’re still there.
