I went in there on 7 June, 2016 at approximately 530 pm, no one was in there except for the dude standing behind the cash register who was on the phone, didn’t even try to acknowledge me, and eventually took the himself and the phone towards the back to continue his convo, I was craving a good Greek salad, honestly wasn’t expecting to get one from him, but I was hungry so I waited a couple mins… dude stayed on the phone and never even looked my way, so I left…

Turns out the place is Under new management as of a month ago. Granted it was a slow day and I was the only one in there, but the food was decent. No
Complaints.

Placed an online order and went to go pick it up. However, when I got there, not only was the girl working the front counter rude, they had no clue about my order. The owner then tried to explain how someone else owns the online ordering website even though there is a link on his website taking you there. This would have been fine. I get it things happen. But instead of offering to make a pizza for me then and there. He just tells me he doesn’t know what to say he can’t help me. Maybe if the pizza was amazing a place could get away with subpar service. However when you pizza isn’t that good to begin with, you should prolly treat your customers better and maybe fix your online ordering or take it down at the very least. I will never call this place again there are much better pies in Columbus.

We ordered at pizza from their online ordering forum at 6. We called at 8 and asked if there was a delay. They told us that they don’t have a driver and they had no way of knowing of our online order. I asked for the number to the branch where their manager was, with no avail. The conversation ended with the associate asking «how would you like this to play out?» The service and professionalism is obviously not apparent. I can’t tell you how their food is, I wasn’t able to order or receive a reasonable time frame to pick up the «lost order»

Tough review to write…
First the good: Food was good. Had the chicken Parmesan sandwich and a Greek salad for lunch. Liked that the sandwich was toasted up in their pizza oven. Made for nice crispy toasty bread and sticky melted cheese along with some great crispy half burnt cheese goodies.
Also, the young guy behind the counter was working his butt off and had a great attitude considering the situation he was in. And that leads me to the bad…
Whomever decided that leaving this poor guy by himself at lunchtime is a moron. How one guy is expected to take orders, make all the food, serve all the food, answer the phone during a busy lunch hour is beyond me.
Ten stars for his hard work, but negative 9 for the crappy management of the place that left us waiting 25 minutes for our order.
Hire some help, or get your own butt in there whoever you are that owns this place. Otherwise you won’t last long.

I very rarely leave reviews online. My experience has to either be extremely good or terribly bad. In this case, it was terribly bad.
1) Only One Person Working
I went here with 3 of my coworkers. We showed up, placed our orders, and THEN found out that there was only one person working. There were 3 other people ahead of us. The guy said that there was another employee that had just left to go to Wal-​Mart. Who in their right mind leaves one person to take orders and make the food DURING LUNCH time?
2) The Food Took Forever
Needless to say, it took 25 minutes to get our food. The second employee arrived back from Wal-​Mart about 15 minutes after we sat down. If there is even one person ahead of you, don’t expect to be able to eat there during a one-​hour lunch break, even if you work right next door.
3) Spoiled Pizza Sauce
Our garlic bread arrived. Two orders came out together. Something did not taste right and my coworker agreed. Turns out the pizza sauce WAS SPOILED. I went up and told the guy and he did not even apologize! He got me a new sauce and when I asked if it was new sauce he said «yes, the first one you had was from yesterday.»
NO JOKE. I can understand if you give somebody spoiled food, but to not even apologize for it, not compensate you for it… nothing. This is the fastest way to go out of business.
There are other places to eat — places that don’t try to kill you unapologetically. Maybe they’re trying to compete with Chipotle for restaurant of the year in the «get people sick» category. If that’s the case, then they’re well on their way to winning.
Save your money, your time, and your bowels. Don’t eat here.

Their pizza is okay, but can never deliver. We’ve tried 3 times to have them deliver a pizza to our house, but there is always an excuse as to why they can’t. Why say that you deliver when you don’t?

It took almost 2 hours to get delivered, pizza was a mess and cold. The delivery guy called numerous times for directions and eventually gave up and when back to the restaurant and another guy ended up delivering the pizza.

Service is okay, but food wasn’t good at all. Put more sauce than cheese on the pizza. Which tasted yuck. Wings taste like buffalo wings u buy from Walmart in the tgif microwave bag

This place is the pits! Over charged us, couldn’t get order right, couldn’t produce a receipt because «we just can’t if you paid cash» when I asked for one. Not apologetic at all. Used bare hands to cut salad & bare hands to knead dough for pizza! E trembly unsanitary! How is this place even open? Health department needs to come shut this place down!

I liked it the first time we ordered. Second time it was sitting in a puddle of grade that even soaked the box all the way through. I like that they will fix even one slice if you’re pizza different than the rest so I don’t have to order a small for my son.

This place is a joke. There was one girl trying to cook take orders and answer questions. They were out of ice and the employee told me just to walk next door and they should give me a cup of ice… Seriously?! Also my mom ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich the employee 15 mins after ordering informed us the meat was frozen and we would have to choose something else… I know it is not this employees fault but the owner or manager of this place should be available during lunch or at least have one more employee to help. We will not be back and I will def detour anyone else from this place.

My pizza was good, the delivery was in a timely manner. I gave 4 stars because I thought it was good, but not great. Much better than the pizza hut and Dominoes in the area.
If I am going to get a pizza, it will be from here most often.

I just ordered the 12′ «White pizza» and meatball pasta for 27.00 and I have to say it was the worst pizza and pasta I’ve ever had. The pizza was tasteless and the pasta had no meatballs and tastes like cheap 99 cent store quality. I recommend dominos or Pizza Hut.

Friendly staff, good pizza… A bit on the pricy side. I’m Hoping they expand their topping selection. Would be a a nice spot to hangout grab a bite after work if they offered beer (craft beer) on tap. Lv next door offers beer on tap but the atmosphere at the bar suck and so does the food.

Great pizza. Good chain alternative. I would recommend. Clean, fast, quality ingredients.

overpriced tasteless pizza. Was expecting a lot more from this place, but what we got was pizza that’s sauce had almost no flavor at all. Hardly any cheese on top the pizza either. Husband got lemon pepper wings that should have just been called lemon salt wings because they were EXTREMELY salty. I got a house salad that was bigger than u expected and came with a packet of Caesar dressing. Will not go back sadly. Place was clean and employees were nice though.
