Defining Skin Tattoo

I came here on April 5^th for my first tattoo. Sam Fortney was the artist. He did a wonderful job giving me a piece I can be proud of. I’ll be back shortly. Highly recommend this place. Stop searching, just do it!

This place is awesome!!! Several friends from our church use this shop, and since we’re new to the area we thought we would give them a try. We super in and Ryan told us for the kind of work we wanted, Sam was our man, so I called and spoke to him the next day, he had me email him our artwork so he could draw something up ahead of time. When we arrived for our appointment (slightly late because I forgot the original art work at home, ugh), he was ready to go with drawings. All we needed to do was figure out placement and size. He changed the flowers to blend in with my pre-​existing tattoo and added his own touches by framing out my daughter’s hand and foot prints. we ended up using up his entire day (which we planned), and also stayed after the shop had closed as I had my entire forearm done. It was a long process, but the result is vibrant and beautiful. It’s my favorite piece! My husband got our daughter’s hand and foot and her name, and it’s beautifully done. For both of ours he used the originals to make sure the prints look identical to what they actually are. It’s still in the healing process but I’ve gotten many compliments already! Sam, and all of the shop employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Depending on the type of work you want they make sure you get the right person for the job, which goes a long way in my book. I’m super excited to have found a new guy to do our ink, and we will be returning to Sam for years to come. 5 stars all the way and remember to take care of your tattoo artist with pizza and coffee!

Great shop, super clean, super professional, and very friendly staff.

All the artist seem really great, but I have only worked with Mike.

Just had my first session with Mike and what an amazing job he has done with my arm tattoo. I cannot wait until it is completely finished. All I can say is the shop is immaculate, the artists are friendly and professional, and the artwork and craftsmanship is incredible!
