Maureen Delphia is nice and gets the job done. Her office workers are rude and unreliable.
I got two sleep studies done here about 2 years ago and everything was fine except the office worker, who I think was Maureen’s daughter. She often had an attitude dealing with me.
Now 4 weeks ago I called in to get a copy of my sleep study and CPAP prescription from the office. The first lady I talked to said I couldn’t get one without coming in. I live in California now, so that is obviously not happening.
I called in again and talked to someone else asking what I needed to do to get a copy of my medical records and, in an annoyed tone, she said if I faxed or mailed a release they would send me my records. So I faxed a release.
I called to confirm they received it, she said my file was in storage and it would take 2 weeks. She also refused to fax it because it was multiple pages. My original fax included information for them to change my address in their computers to my California address so I figured mail would be fine.
I called in two weeks later having received no records in the mail. The lady had done nothing and told me it would be another 2 weeks because it was in storage. I called back a week and a half later and spoke to a different girl. Nothing had been done.
The new girl I was talking to was Melanie L. and she not only went into the computer and found that nothing had been done, she immediately updated my address and faxed me my records. She was kind and courteous. Melanie is the reason this review is 3 stars and not 1.
How did it take the other two ladies 3 and a half weeks to not even get my address change done, let alone send out my records? Terrible, rude, unreliable service.
