Denny’s

I’d give it no stars if I could. Let’s start with our waitress ignored us but had no problem returning to this couple. I literally was in the middle of ordering and she just walked off. She didn’t even take an order from another person at my table, there was 4 of us. When finally getting our food it was cold. I said no bacon on my sandwich and she actually handed me my sandwich and said no bacon but that thing was loaded in bacon. My soup was cold. I waited a damn eternity for a refill. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I walked out and had my friend take Care of it. Might I mention that there was a lady cussing at the back cooks and good lord the attitude was ridiculous.

I want to thank the manager of this denny’s for knowing something might have been wrong when during our meal, my husband went to get a menu from the front. As i was looking thru it, she came up and pleasantly asked if there was anything wrong. I let her know that my Cali Club was missing the cheese and avocado. She took my plate away to have it redone. While we were waiting, the regional manager came over to check on us also. On my way out, i thanked him again for fixing my meal so quickly.
My husband always gets the Moons Over My Hammy whenever we go to Denny’s. He loves it. I get something different all the time and this Cali Club was really good!
Side note: Whenever we’re seated near a window, i tend to look at the actual window sill and i have to admit it that it was pretty clean. There’s nothing worse than sitting directly next to a dusty dirty window sill with cobwebs and dead insects. So today Denny’s passed this test.

Had to leave. Cook was overwhelmed and acting erratic. I found myself getting upset at the way he was speaking to my server and I had just walked in no more than 5 minutes prior. The environment was negative, loud, and disturbing. Due to renovations, a large group left seconds before me due to the amount of smoke in the building.
I feel sorry for all the basic trainees having breakfast with their families and friends that had to be in that environment.

Do not go to this establishment. Service and food suck. I have been an avid Denny’s customer and love their nachos but recently, the quality of food has been substandard and the customer service has been lacking.

Nachos came out with meal, had to request to have them redone! And 2 samplers came out at separate times and the food was over cooked on one and under done on the other. Server was nice but food quality was less than par. We have gone here in years past and it was great, something went wrong.

I went here on a casual day with my boyfriend and was disappointed at the diner. I’m used to Denny’s in Annapolis, MD and even though it’s not the greatest place to eat, it was 10X better than this one. Our waitress was kind, but after we ordered she was nowhere to be found until our food came, which was a shame because I wanted something else. I ordered a veggie skillet and a side of toast with no broccoli because broccoli repulses me, and also a $ 2 quesadilla. In all of the pictures the skillets had cheese on them which made it one of the reasons I decided to get that. My waitress asked if I wanted sour cream, to which I replied yes. Once our food came my skillet had broccoli on it, no cheese, and my quesadilla had no sour cream. The portion size was something that a child could finish too. Since my boyfriend didn’t have silverware to eat with, we immediately just got boxes to go. On the receipt they charged me for my side of toast, which they never brought. When I told them I didn’t want to pay for it I got nothing but attitude from the hostess. Definitely don’t go here, find an IHOP or Waffle House. Nothing but disappointing food, rude people, and long waits.

We told our server that our son is severely allergic to dairy and cannot have butter on his sandwich. Not only did his sandwich come 15 minutes later than the rest of our meals, but when it arrived, it had to be sent back because it had butter on it. My husbands order was also wrong and he had to wait another 30 minutes for his meal to be prepared. My other son’s fruit and my meal were both served with rotten bananas. They were in plain sight and the server and cook easily could have seen that they were rotten, but served them anyway.
We also had a terrible time trying to get the waitress’s attention and had to go find her because it was taking so long for her to attend to us. We also had to ask multiple times for utensils.

Nope! I’m not from the area. I stop at every dennys I see when I’m traveling. I’m a huge dennys fan. But not this one. Ill skip it next time.

Avoid at all costs! Go to IHOP or Ruth Ann’s instead!!! This place is more ghetto than a hip-​hop dance club! Someone was shot here last night, so we came in today to see what the hype is all about & why people are dying to eat here. The wait staff was rude & seemingly entitled, like ordering food was a bother to them & drink refills were a complete inconvenience. If I wanted this kind of service, I would have gone to Waffle House!

I can’t really give this place a fair review, i met friends here late and didn’t actually get the full experience.
However, with my experience with other Denny’s there are better places around to eat. (most of the time) Should I revisit this particular Denny’s and my experience exceeds my expectations i’ll adjust this review accordingly.
Eat here if you must, but I happen to know there’s a waffle house and IHOP not very far…
