I reached out to Digital Home Designs shortly after I moved into a new place. My shiny flat screen TV didn’t necessarily agree with the cubby cut out above the fireplace used by the previous owners for their tube television.
Matt responded promptly and set up a time to come over and put together an estimate pretty quick.
When Matt arrived on the day of the estimate, we discussed the situation and I asked him to put a paper estimate together so I could review. Within hours of the appointment, I had a pdf in my email detailing the work I had requested, and several additional items I had asked Matt to price out.
I hemmed and hawed a little, so there was a bit of a delay (my fault) in getting an appointment scheduled, but I did that too.
John and Andy showed up right at the beginning of my scheduled appointment window and did a fantastic job. I even threw them a curveball or two, but they didn’t have any issues with. I say the mark of a good install team is being able to deal with indecisive customers, and these guys did great.
In short, they were able to mount the TV covering the space, using the room behind to mask all the A/​V equipment. The makes myself, but especially the Mrs., very happy.
In looks fantastic, and the work was very reasonably priced. I was able to pay online for the work, which was a nice convenience.
I will be using DHD again for some more work to make my A/​V imagination come true, after we do a little work filling the space out with furniture. :)
