I am doing a CSA through my work this summer/​fall and I was such a ditz and completely forgot to pick up my order on my pick-​up day. I emailed the folks at DNO and they told me I could come right over and pick it up. I showed up yesterday and was a little lost, so I called in and and spoke with Sara, the Azoti account manager, and she was so nice in helping me get my produce, even when I came on the wrong day (they are open on Saturdays for pick-up…I came on Thursday… again, ditz). I just loved the customer service I received and how friendly and accommodating they were for me. I’ve worked in customer service in some form or another since I was 16 years old and I appreciate good customer service when I receive it. I would recommend this CSA program to anyone I work with and any of my friends. Thanks again!
