Door Depot lives up to their reputation!
Friday night the spring (s) in our garage door failed with a bang. I called Saturday morning and spoke with the owner Scott, and he provided some great recommendations. We had an enclosed spring system, which Scott explained has a higher failure rate, and recommended a tradition spring system. Either solution was available, at around the same cost.
Scott told me there was someone already in our area, that could come out and assess the situation, and provide service. An hour later Lang arrived, and provided a fair quote, based on what I had researched already online. He said that one spring is all that was required for the repair, but gave me the option of a second spring for the system. I opted to go with that solution, as it provides redundancy, distributes the load, and was offered at a reasonable price. I appreciated the honesty and quick service, There were no high pressure sales tactics, just honest dialogue. Lang completed the job in less than two hours, lubed the wheels and hinges, and left the work area neat and clean.
I was very impressed with the entire experience. Keep in mind, I was extremely fortunate to have Lang available in the area to provide such a quick resolution. Even if Lang was not available immediately, Scott promised to have someone else by early afternoon, if the previous job ran over. I strongly believe he would have.
Additionally, Door Depot also provides warranty with their work, which I feel confident in, based on my experience, and many other positive reviews.

Door Depot had great reviews on Angie’s List that they totally lived up to. Got a great price on a triple-​insulated door and belt-​drive opener w/​wi-​fi and battery back-​up. I called up, the owner came out for a free estimate and to measure the space the next day, show us the available colors and add-​on options (painting to match/​windows) and also made sure the door was the right size so that panel didn’t get cut-​off.
We were supposed to get it installed the following Tuesday, but the door apparently came in dented, so they called and rescheduled for Thursday (it was great of them to fit us into the schedule) Only took a few hours, and they hauled away the old door and opener as well. No hidden costs, no up-​sell attempts, just good quick service and a beautiful new door that opens SO quietly.
Highly recommend them — love that they’re a local company so they seem to take a lot of pride in their work and everyone I dealt with was so nice and down to earth :)

Rating reflects our satisfaction and my mom’s. We called this morning and they were out this afternoon and fixed the spring and door bracket that broke. My mom had them replace her entire door after getting a great review for the same service from her neighbor. Highly recommend, they know what they ar doing and are priced well.

Garage door decided to slip on one side. Well, at somewhere around 50 years old, I started to slip a little too… only it continued!
The door; however, jammed and wouldn’t go either way. We called someone we had dealt with before and they came out, did an assessment and gave us a price. Whole thing is they didn’t at least straighten the door so it would fully close.
Called Door Depot and they came out same day, gave us a price and adjusted it so it was fully closed. Guess which company replaced the door? Good price and very carefully dismantled the old door (there was a collector’s vehicle trapped in the garage) and after the vehicle was moved elsewhere, replaced the door. The new one is QUIET! It all took a while but we’re very happy with Door Depot. And guess who we’ll call next time!

Called another garage door repair service. Once. Then followed up twice. Did I mention they serviced me in 2008 so I would be a repeat customer? That was three days ago.
Called Door Depot at 5:20 tonight with my situation. The kindest gentleman walked me through my issue and delved my problem over the phone. Done.
Hooked for service via Door Depot. Thank you for making my night. With less than 60 seconds time invested Door a Depot found a new long term customer. Me. Next time I need help I know who has my business.

Super easy guys to works with came out same day I called. Jeremy was professional polite and gave me options. On top of all that super affordable!

These guys are awesome! They are very timely and very helpful and very well priced. I have had them do work on 2 houses and have nothing but great things to say. If your are looking for Garage Door guys you have found the place!!!
