We stopped in to get our vacumn fixed. Brush bar wasn’t working. Jeff was awesome and super friendly! Highly recommend these guys. They exceeded all expectations! Very reasonably priced.

What a great experience I had here today. Both my Dysons are injured so I called Customer Care and they sent me an order to visit the Columbus service center. It’s been hard getting there as their hours are the same as my usual workday – and I work in Easton. So I had today off and brought both in for diagnosis. I figured I’d have to drop off and then figure out a way to come back in a week or so to pick-up. NOTTHECASE! These guys had both fixed and on my way in literally 10 minutes. The cordless was just clogged so they cleaned ‘er out for me. The ball had a cracked brush roller which they replaced under warranty. No charge; in and out quickly; and the techs were super friendly! Awesome! Dyson customer for life! PS. They have some good deals you can buy on new Dyson products right there in their workshop/showroom which was good to know. PPS. This would be a 5 star rating if they had extended evening or Saturday hours.

They went through my machine completely, cleaned it like it was new, my grandsons had really messed it up and I thought they would say beyond repair, but no it works better than new. Great service, and great customer service.

Pros: Near my home. Knowledgable technicians. Happy and helpful employees. Good hours of operation. Cons: Can be hard to find building in the labyrinth of office buildings. Review: I have been coming here for a few years for my fusions and have always been pleased with my service. The technicians are knowledgable and polite. Will be a return customer.

This service center was so convenient — so much better than shipping off to some place and have it gone for several weeks. The gentleman who was in the center, quickly took my vacuum back to his repair area and got the beater brush unjammed. I only had to wait about 10 – 15 minutes and it was ready to go. On top of that, he didn’t charge me anything! Best customer service ever!!! And if I want to upgrade, I can trade in my current machine on a newer model. They have all the new ones there so I could check them out.

I am a fan of the dyson vacuum, however after some clogging I became skeptical. Then I found out about this dyson store. I took in the unit in about 5 min it was fixed and ready to go. After another 3 min tune up and check my vacuum was up and running like new. I am no longer a skeptic and this type of customer service is nothing but awesome! In and out quick and no charge. Will be back and thank you!

Went in today with a dead motor. I’m not under warranty any longer(boo), so I had to pay for the fix. Jeff and Laura were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Laura replaced my motor in an hour and some change, and I went right home to put the new motor to good use. Thanks for fixing up my Dyson. Our carpets also send their thanks!

Our Dyson wasn’t picking up like it used to and I stumbled upon this Dyson repair shop by accident and thought we’d give it a shot. Jeff greeted us upon our arrival and assisted us as soon as he was done with another customer. He explained to us what the problem was and how to remedy it. We expected to have to leave it for a few days or so but he had it fixed for us in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

OK, this is probably the oddest and most domestic review I’ve ever done, but these guys deserve it. I own a Dyson cordless that we received as a wedding gift. It’s awesome, but it occasionally runs into problems with jamming, especially during shedding season. I used to just grumble at it, or try to unjam the brush with a chopstick, but after getting truly hosed up I decided it was worth contacting Dyson to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, they told me about my local service center, so I decided to drive over. My first visit was a bit odd, because it was near closing time and I had trouble finding their store, but the staff member I talked to on the phone got me some better directions than my GPS, and stayed open so I wouldn’t waste a trip. After looking at my vacuum and the brush, he helped me by removing a truly epic wad of crud out of the brush’s guts, then replaced the motor section because he thought it might have developed a problem due to the jamming. Awesome. Fast forward to today, a couple months later, when I see an ad on TV for a new tangle free brush that looks like it would solve a lot of my problems. I decide to call the service center directly, and ask if the brush is compatible with my Dyson. «Well», he said, «Technically it’s not listed… but can I put you on hold for a sec?» I said sure, and after a couple of minutes he picked up the line. «OK! I got our display model cordless and the display model turbine attachment out, and put them together. It looks like it works just fine!» He easily could have just told me it didn’t work, or tried to sell me on buying a more expensive model. The fact that he actually went and tested it out for me was just plain awesome. That kind of above and beyond service is worth recognizing. Note: In addition to service, they do sell parts and new Dysons directly, so you can go in and buy whatever you want off the shelf. Service is free for anything under warranty, but I’m marking them as pricey because, well, these things ain’t cheap.

I might not think about writting a review for a place like this, if our experience wasn’t so great. We walked in and were immediately helped. Not fill out a form, not come back tomorrow. The guy immediately started fixing it right there, replacing major components, trying it, then fixing some more. He was satisfied until the thing worked like brand new. Then the best part, it’s all under warranty. I’m not even sure how he knew. I could have found the thing in a trash bin, picked it up at a garage sale. It was fixed for free. I’m one that’s thought Dyson vacuums were a bit too pricey, but I’m a convert. I won’t buy anything else from now on.
