It smells heavenly! The staff member we met was very helpful. You could tell she loved the baked goods and her job. We ended up buying way to much which made our three teenage boys very happy. I am not typically a sweets person, but the baked goods here are less sweet then typical American bakeries. The pineapple pastry was my favorite. I highly recommend making your way past the outside to the deliciousness inside!

El Rico Pan? Hmmm The Rich Bread? OK? I’m thinking this place was a garage back in the day if memory serves. It sure looks like a garage from the outside. It has all the ambiance of a gargage on the outside and it’s about the same on the inside. But, the adventurous side of me took over and I stopped in to check this place out. I’ll be frank with you, they have some really great Mexican baked goods. At least I think they’re Mexican. I don’t really know for sure. The lady working there didn’t speak English and my Spanish is nothing to brag about. It was hard to figure out what some things were. I did get from her that a lot of what they had were different types of breads. There were also some donuts and a few cookies. She seemed very reserved. Not rude or anything, but just she did seem a bit uncomfortable. I bought a churro, a puff pastry, a concha(kinda like a roll) and a bun looking thing that looked and tasted like sweet corn bread with walnuts on top. In a nutshell, they were all good and now they’re all gone. Yum I’ll be back.
