Not my favorite. We made an online reservation for a minivan and got there to find out there wasn’t a minivan. That wouldn’t be a problem except that I heard the associate being told to give us a large SUV for the same price and he still charged us for the upgrade. I questioned if we would be charged the same price as the minivan but was advised that we would have to pay the higher price because our online reservation was made so late. Woulda, coulda, shoulda, I suppose. If I had been thinking I could have just left. Not a big issue in the grand scheme of things but enough to make me think less of them.

This company has become my least favorite rental car agency. overnight! I attempted to rent a car yesterday, but was told I didn’t have the proper documentation to prove my credit card would pay for all accidents, cost of car, etc.(It does) So I went home and got my documentation in order. My niece called and confirmed that my card does indeed take care of everything in case of a mishap & there’s no need to take the insurance offered. Made reservations to pick up a car today– went over to the site and Holy Smokes! No one was there, after getting an email and voice confirmation. Many people were standing around waiting for the business to open, but as 20 minutes went by, our numbers dwindled. I’d love for Enterprise Rent A Car to make this up to me. I’ve used them for years and am a «preferred customer» I’d prefer to use another company next time.

I reserved a vehicle 3 weeks out from the pick up date and called 2 days prior to the rental day to ensure everything was ok. After waiting an hour to be picked up from the mechanic shop a mile away, I arrived at enterprise and they had no vehicles available except a cargo van. I then Had to wait while they called around and looked for vehicles for me and eventually had to settle with a compact car even though I reserved a full side sedan. Do not rent from this rental office.
