I checked this place out with a friend that works at Columbia Gas nearby. We were both on a lunch break so the decision to go was out of sheer convenience. That said I was completely surprised by the quality, portions, and more importantly the price! I had a three cheese(real deli cheeses not processed) with tomato, tomato soup and chips. My friend had a turkey sandwich, tomato soup and chip. Both meals with a drink were less than ten dollars. When I paid for both orders the owner came out and asked who spent so much money and thanked me. who does that? Nice. The place was packed and everyone was noshin on huge sandwiches… not to mention that they have a full bar for after hours. I hope this place stays in business. with the new scioto mile project it is set to be prime real estate. In the mean time I intend to eat there as much as I can so I can brag about what it once was when this side of town gets hoppin.
