I’ve always had a good experience here. I’m a novice and they answered my questions without making me feel stupid, left me alone to look at and handle a few guitars, and have a nice selection with good prices.

This place has lots of instruments for sale, although I do not know why. Brought my kids in to look at some instruments, but you would have thought we had ski masks on with intent to rob.
Relentlessly hounded in the piano section for touching the keys of the pianos, to test the feel of them. But they don’t want you touching any instruments, so buy online or elsewhere and screw them. I’ve never had a positive experience with them. I took my kids and my business elsewhere. I will applaud when they finally go out of business.

They have a great staff and good deals on guitars. Better then online most of the time and they don’t lie to try and get a sale. Well worth a look and the best music store around here

Unless you walk into this store with hundred dollar bills falling out of your own pocket, good luck looking at any equipment or having any questions answered. The people who work there are snobbish and ill informed. I would honestly rather buy equipment online and take it somewhere else to have it set up than purchase it from them. The last Guitar I bought there was an acoustic, from a brand that they sell, and it took them three orders from the manufacturer to find a case that fit it. I’m unimpressed.

I’ve been a musician in the west Georgia area for years. Not that I’m a pro, but I know about music… More than the dummies who work here. Seriously they didn’t even know how to fix their own guitars. They asked ME what the difference between Staccato and Legato was. Their prices are WELL ABOVE retail price at other places, their kinda snarkish and they’re all uneducated on their own products. I would never, in a million years, recommend this place. Literally, you’re better off driving 2 hours to Atlanta. You’ll pay half the price for a better product from nicer people.

This place is a joke. When I was in my teens they always hovered over me like I was going to steal something. Now that I am older they have changed the store so that you can’t look at ANYTHING without being accompanied by a store employee (and they are all ill informed with an undeserved sense of accomplishment). One guy was trying to sell me a PA and ending up admitting to having taken it out of the store to gigs across the Southeast… and then wanted to charge me a like new price. They don’t stock anything that is of any help to anyone and, if they did, it’s not like you could lay your hands on it without someone breathing down your neck. The old guitar tech that used to be here was a great guy and did great work, but he has since left and took with him the last reason anyone should ever walk into the door. I will never, ever, ever be back in this place and do not recommend it to anyone. I have never felt comfortable, helped, or cared for by anyone in this establishment and how they are still in business is a mystery to me. Just order your equipment online. Businesses this careless and overbearing don’t deserve to stick around.
