Extra Space Storage

First time using extra space and it’s great! Reasonable prices new units great service. Would definitely use them again.

Extra Space Storage has it all — ample storage space, clean facilities, supplies, and excellent customer service. After checking out a couple competitors in the area, I realized that this is the only place I will trust to protect my valuables and at a very reasonable rate.

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage, and it’s been great so far.
When I filled out the corporate online reservation, I got a call from the local storage place within 10 minutes. I’m still not sure how they did that so fast, but it was great. The gentleman confirmed my info and made sure I was getting what I needed.
The day of our move into the storage unit, I got a follow up call in teh morning to ensure I was coming in — and they were flexible when I needed to move back my appointment.
Getting the unit done was easy, as the manager in the office knew what he needed and had communicated well with me to ensure I had those documents ready. The office is nice and clean, very well kept. The storage unit we would get was open for our inspection before signing, and was in great shape. I have zero complaints about this process, it worked well.
After getting into the unit, we got two follow up calls from the manager of the space, asking if we were happy, and offering any assistance.
I hope they keep up the good work, because they are doing a comprehensively good job.
