I purchased a special order sized tempered glass table top for my dining room table. The price was good and ordering was fairly simple. The order was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service responded to all of my questions promptly which is unique today. The glass arrived very well packaged in heavy cardboard with foam and surrounded by a wooden frame to keep it steady, avoiding bends and dents from heavy handling. It fit perfectly. My only issue is that I ordered ¼ inch thickness and the glass was only 3/​16ths of an inch thick. Apparently they have a ¹⁄₁₆^th inch tolerance in thickness. I understand a tolerance in the length and width, but I would expect thickness to be precise, especially when a company sells glass of both thicknesses at different prices. Nothwithstanding this issue, I would still use this company again and recommend it because of the other very positive points noted. Just be aware of the difference in thickness if that is important to you. For my purposes the difference had no real negative consequences.
