After reading all of the positive reviews, I was excited about trying it. For the first course, I got the balsamic salad and it was very good! However, at $ 7 for a side salad, I would not order it again. For my main course, I got the Spicy Tom Blackened Chicken Pasta. It was decent, but nothing to write home about. My group had mixed reviews about whether they liked it or not.

I love this place but I’ve only ever ordered one dish from their menu because it’s the reason I go to Figlio’s — the pear and brie pizza!!! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it, it is SO good. I love the atmosphere here, they play quiet standards and jazzy music which is a nice break from the loud Top 40 music played at so many restaurants. Just a really nice vibe, and that pear pizza is one of my favorite things.

One of my favorite Italian places in Columbus. The service is fantastic and the food is delicious. The owner is also super nice. They are always busy, so don’t be surprised with wait time(though it’s not horrible). Also, the drunken shrimp pasta is phenomenal!

Ate there twice, both times they didnt even take our order until a good 30 – 45 minutes of waiting and server was rude. Not sure certain demographics are welcome here.

This is one of the spots you go to, and take out of town friends to, that you know will always deliver. The food is good, really good. And consistently so. Obviously the pizza is where you want to go. I swear, even if they gave me that crust with no toppings I would gobble it up! Tip: if you can, go during happy hour. They have happy hour pizzas for just $ 5 so it’s fun to get a few to try! My favorite is the Italian prosciutto! I also always get their Caesar salad(they do this classic dish RIGHT) and the house red wine is usually good pick. Why is this not 5 stars? The atmosphere. Tables are pretty tight and close together and they could use a fresh redesign.

I have been here few times in 3 years and at least 6 months apart in between each visit, all I experienced was quality food and wine each time with exceptional customer service. For everybody there is its favorite restaurant to go for every chance it gets, this place would be mine if I lived close to Grandview. Wood-fire pizza and main entrees I tried are amazing but not so much for salads. Wine selections are good especially Alexander Valley Vineyards Cabernet… I rate this place 5 from 4.7 stars.

Food was delicious. My husband had the scallops and shrimp dish. I had the alfredo. His was so good we ordered it again to go. Velvet cake was okay. Tiramisu was better.

First off, I have to say that my server Shannon was the best! She was so attentive and had the best recommendations! They start you off with a complimentary bread basket(try not to eat too much because you’ll get too full and won’t be able to have dessert which is the best part). What to order: CHICKENDIABLO(mildy spicy but not too hot to handle) FRENCHQUARTERICECREAMTORTE The pasta was probably my favorite. I’ve ordered the Crab Ravioli before and I didn’t like it as much as I liked the Chicken Diablo. My date got one of their seasonal Spring Salads and it looked really good. The salad portions seems to be a very decent size. The pasta entrees don’t seem like a lot of food but it totally fills you up. My favorite part was the dessert. If you love coffee or coffee ice cream you would love the french quarter torte. It was delicious. It was like an ice-cream sandwich with a crunch. The bottom layer is like made up of a crunchy Oreo crumb layer, which makes it so much better than just a regular ice cream sandwich. Again, that ice cream block thing was huge and is shareable!

Have been going here for years, However they have become very inconsistent and the prices have gone out of sight. $ 14 to $ 17 for a dish of pasta? They are simply ripping people off and living off a reputation they no longer deserve. Too bad it was our go to place but never again, we’ll let them wear out others wallets Tony

Figlio is a nice spot for a date. It’s cute and cozy inside though it can get loud in the front room. However there’s a back room that is much quieter and more private. The wine selection was small but the wines I sampled were quite good! The pizzas are wood-fired and very tasty. They’re big enough to share between two people. Pair it with a salad and you’re good to go. My friends told me that while the crab ravioli was good, the raviolies weren’t very consistently flavored/stuffed. Overall a decent dining experience. Probably better for a dinner date rather than a larger group.

Try The salmon scallops and shrimp linguine! so hearty. Hits the spot, especially with the imprinting colder months. One of my favorite wines was on the special today, to my delight. This place only gets better.

One of my favorite places in Columbus and the place I consistently recommend to out-of-town guests looking for a place to eat. One of the couples I recommended it to loved it so much they ate there two nights in a row and came back on their next trip(and he’s a chef). Great wine selection. Minimal, but classy décor. Nice, intimate, but relaxed ambiance. The food is the real star though. The pizzas are amazing, especially any of the mushroom pizzas. I can’t even describe what makes the pizzas here so good, but something about the texture and taste puts all other chain pizza places to shame. Probably some sort of combination of high-quality olive oil and magic. I’ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, if a little busy. It’s a small, but busy place and there’s not much room to maneuver around. Parking in Grandview is always an adventure, but there’s a little lot to the side of Figlio and Vino vino where you can try and get a spot if you’re there early in the evening.

This place was delicious! It’s a tiny restaurant, so you’ll need to be comfortable with being cramped if it’s busy. The service is great though. I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Ravioli. Perfecto! The flavors were perfect together and the sauce was divine. I actually ate about 95% which is more than I can usually handle lol. But the serving size isn’t as big as the usual Italian restaurant. Compared to Olive Garden, it’s definitely smaller portion. But I was okay with that. No doggy bag this time. I will be going back and trying other dishes because I’m very curious now, after having that delicious ravioli. They had a decent beer and wine menu too but I didn’t order any at the time. I suggest you give it a try!

Chain pizza restaurants never quite hit the spot the same way once you’ve had the perfection of Figlio’s wood-fired pizza! Seriously, the taste is second to none and the atmosphere is worthy kudos. There are several options on the pizza menu, from the traditional, to speciality to making your own, as well as a splattering of other menu items — and though I’ve yet to sample the entire menu, my selections thus far have proved exceptional in taste and in presentation. Figlio’s is a treat that I am always looking for. Many, many, many thumbs up!

Atmosphere– dark but quaint Service– Awesome! Our waitress was so nice. Food– My friends and I food shared so I tried Basil Chicken with Feta, Mussel and Shrimp«Cioppino» Pasta, and Housemade Spicy Fennel Sausage. I really like their thin crust pizza because you can eat the whole thing and not feel heavy. The angel hair in the seafood pasta was a little soft for me. The Basil chicken was delicious. If I’m craving for pasta/pizza, I would come here!

The pizza is very good. On par with Bono and Harvest. The restaurant is busy; lively, and snug. If you don’t like cramped places, you might want to stay away. Being sat in the middle of the room was nearly pretty dangerous for most of the servers. Any time any of us at our table even remotely moved an appendage away from our chair or table, we hit someone walking by with plates of food or a glass of wine in their hand. Yikes. Be careful. The pasta bolognese, which my wife got, was perfectly cooked. Slightly al dente, with a really nice tasting sauce with plenty of beef and pork. The classic Figlio pizza was delicious as well. We finished with the, uh, well«our all-time favorite dessert», as it appeared on the menu. I can’t remember what it was called, but it had Haagen Dazs ice cream, Oreos, Heath Bars, etc. Just get it. It was awesome. Our server was pretty slow, but he was a nice guy and we tipped him well.

VERYIMPRESSED. Small place big on wood fired pizza flavor. As some others mentioned its a great spot for a date because its like a fine dining restaurant but with the feel of a slightly more casual pizza place. I’m late writing this review as I went during restaurant week so I got to try a few selections from the menu… all EXCELLENT. I had some delicious corn chowder type dish to start off with. The bread with the dipping oil was so good I could have filled up on it myself. I decided to try the chicken pesto pizza and I was very glad I did! Delicious with perfectly cooked crust… the pesto and olives set the whole thing off. Flavor explosion. I wasn’t a big fan of the tables being so close to each other but the food and service were so great that I cant wait to go back and try more things on the menu. This place gets my official stamp of approval!
