It took over 20 minutes for a basic chicken sub. The staff was unfriendly and appeared poorly trained. The food is OK, less plasticy tasting than subway but for the prices there are much better sandwich options.

Very good food! The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and overall it was a very good experience. Get the #3, you will NOT be disappointed… Ok maybe you will, but only because you will wish it was 24 inches long instead of 12 :)

I went to the one on wittle something street, and the sandwiches where really good but the place was a little dirty. The coke machine didn’t work and watch out with the stone thingy outside, I fell and it hurts lol other than that great sandwiches
Try the steak and cheese sub.

Yes this is a chain… and I hate chains. But when I want a ‘sub’ style sandwich I always go here. Way better than the ‘Metro’ or the ‘Q’. Best «sub» sandwich chain out there… Engineer Fully Involved with a line a some type sweet heat of hot sauce is the way to go.
