Quoted exceedingly high and we went Midas. So much better explanation, courtesy. Firestone estimate was more than double to redo the entire system.

I took my 2003 Ford Taurus here for an anaylsis, and they told me that I needed over $ 1300 worth of work done on the car. I talked to some friends that recommended that I get a second opinion and it turned out that I didn’t need my front ball joints replaced ($ 500), and my power steering pump wasn’t leaking ($ 350), but I did have a problem with my left CV axle boot. Firestone was going to charge me $ 275 to just change the boot, but the place I took it to for the second opinion said that the whole axle should be replaced, and replaced the axle, boot, etc. for $ 260! Oh, Firestone, why did you try to play me for a fool?! This place sucks, so find somebody honest to work on your car.

We were told by a Dodge dealership that our Nitro needed a new heater core. When we took it to the Firestone on Morse Road, they found that it only needed flushed. Thank you Firestone for saving us $ 1,400.00!!! We will be bringing all of our future business to you!

Spent an hour waiting to find out they didn’t have the tire size I needed. Was asked to come back the next day.
Upon returning at my SCHEDULED time, I waited in line for 15 mins, watching people who had walked in after me be assisted before me.
When I was asked to sign my invoice, I requested the price be explained to me and was told twice «it’s just how it is, we will adjust it later».
I returned to this location because I had purchased my tires and hazards protection from here, however I would encourage others to avoid this location unless you have no other choice. In the future I will seek out a different tire store.

very sweet staff, and Kevin was such a big help. He dropped me off home as soon as I dropped off my car. They had my car ready fast. I definitly see myself going there often.
